Was in this afternoon for a few hours.. After 6 weeks at sea this is just what I needed. Will definitely be returning.

Sophia took very good care of us at the bar. I think this place has a rich folks vibe, but it's actually a really cool spot. The food is good, the drinks are good, and the prices, while slightly above average, aren't terrible. Highly recommend this place if you're in town and looking for a chill time at a cool bar.

This place should be called T.P. Roachmeirs! My French onion soup had a cockroach in it!! A literal roach! So disgusting! I've never left a restaurant so quickly. I should have known when I saw raw shrimp right next to the dish pit being splashed by dirty soapy water. So disgusting y'all!
Edit to reply to the comment: I wish I would have taken a picture, but I assure you this is what my entire family experienced at this restaurant. My husband and I both worked in restaurants through high school and college and I have never been so disgusted. I have never left a bad review ever, but had to after this experience. When the roach was discovered in my soup it was taken to the trash can like it a common thing. No manager was given the roach soup and a manager never came to the table to apologize.

Great location, able to accommodate a large gathering without reservations. The T.P. burger was delicious, would highly recommend. 4 stars bc despite having a full bar the mixed drinks were not good at all. Several people in my party ordered various drinks including French 75, Margarita on the rocks and Tom Collins none of which we liked. Finally settled on a beer which went well with my burger.

We had brunch on Sunday morning. Service was excellent and very welcoming. The dining room is beautiful. The brunch menu is really interesting. I ate the eggs Benedict and my wife had crab cakes Benedict. Everything was good, although I prefer a bit more lemon in Hollandaise. Good Bloody Mary.

We had a last minute reservation for 9 and while they were able to get us in, we waited well over an hour before we finally had to ask about where the food was. Another 30 mins went by before the food came. The food itself was good and they offered a round of drinks for the delay (because our order was pushed back due to another party coming in) but we were all done drinking. No other compensation was offered, manager never came by to apologize. We were there almost 3 hours, and not necessarily by choice.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon to watch the game and it was relaxing and chill. The chips and queso were good and then moved onto some old fashioned and the steak dinner. The steak was cooked perfectly and nice and tender, the crispy Brussels were very good and the mashed potatoes were good. Great service and a cool place to hang for a while.

Food was amazing here and the service was fantastic. I started with the French onion soup and it was super tasty. My daughter got the Mahi and enjoyed it immensely, my wife got the Philly cheesesteak and polished it off. The onion rings served with the Philly were fantastic and the burger I got was juicy and fresh. The waitstaff was super friendly and attentive.

Will definitely return when we are in the area again.

I enjoyed my dining experience at T. P. Crockmiers. Our waitress. Courtney, was so pleasant and attentive to our order. This speaks volumes for the excellence of the customer service at Crockmiers. I ordered a fried oyster po'boy sandwich, which was quite tasty. I definitely will dine at this restaurant again.

We stumbled upon this gem as soon as we got to Mobile. It was the BEST find ever!! The French onion soup was absolutely to die for and the fried green tomatoes were so delicious. The crème brûlée and bread pudding were extraordinary. Melanie was the best waitress-so kind and so attentive and she absolutely loves her job and it shows. We will definitely return!!!

We needed a last minute restaurant for brunch after a friend’s courthouse wedding downtown and TPs was easily and quickly able to accommodate us with a few days’ notice. You were one of the few restaurants open downtown on a Friday afternoon and were able to seat our party of 13 with no issue. Lots of food and drink options that pleased everyone too.

Thank you all so much for coming through and saving the day! You really made the day special for us all.

(PS to management, the wedding happened in late July; I’m just now getting around to posting this review. Thanks so much once again!)
