The restaurant itself is beautiful, and we were able to sit by the window, and that was the best part of our visit, that is why I gave atmosphere five stars. The service was not good. Our friends were splitting a plate for dinner and my husband and I were as well. We had appetizers, so we all had small plates already. Before the waitress brought our entrées, she asked if we had to have dinner plates or if we could just use the small plates because she did not want to have to carry a tray. She literally said that. We asked for the extra two dinner plates. We had to ask to get refills on our drinks, she never offered. There were only two other people dining at the time. They were not busy at all. We all ordered the shrimp Oliver for dinner, thinking it sounded delicious, shrimp and pasta with a buttery garlic sauce. The shrimp were just frozen shrimp, not fresh gulf shrimp at all, they were small and overcooked, the pasta, seemed as if it had just been boiled and put on the plate. If there was a butter garlic sauce, we did not see/taste it at all. It was tasteless. Honestly, we should have sent it back, but we were having fun visiting our friends and just didn’t want to fool with it and have to re-order. We all had salads and they were good. We ordered the fried mushrooms as one of our appetizers, and they tasted as if they have been previously cooked, and just heat it up. They were not fresh. We have eaten here many times, and it has been much better than this. I don’t know if we will ever go there again. Also, the table was so sticky. I would suggest a good cleaning.

I visit MOB often from Slidell and decided to venture out and try this spot. Clean and friendly service. The fried green tomatoes were amazing, and my Husband enjoyed his crab cakes. We also enjoyed talking with Mr. B! Very nice and genuine man who shared a wealth of information.

Had our 35 class reunion and a bunch of us went to TP Crockmiers. Best service,food was great,service amazing! Had a blast upstairs was very nice atmosphere!

3 of us ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich which is shaved ham/swiss chees, dipped in french toast batter and deep fried. Topped with powdered sugar and served with raspberry dipping sauce. We were served a grilled ham & cheese with honey mustard. So disappointing. The sandwich was ok, but it was no monte cristo. Please dont lower yourself to bait & switch tactics.
Was in this afternoon for a few hours.. After 6 weeks at sea this is just what I needed. Will definitely be returning.

Sophia took very good care of us at the bar. I think this place has a rich folks vibe, but it's actually a really cool spot. The food is good, the drinks are good, and the prices, while slightly above average, aren't terrible. Highly recommend this place if you're in town and looking for a chill time at a cool bar.

This place should be called T.P. Roachmeirs! My French onion soup had a cockroach in it!! A literal roach! So disgusting! I've never left a restaurant so quickly. I should have known when I saw raw shrimp right next to the dish pit being splashed by dirty soapy water. So disgusting y'all! Edit to reply to the comment: I wish I would have taken a picture, but I assure you this is what my entire family experienced at this restaurant. My husband and I both worked in restaurants through high school and college and I have never been so disgusted. I have never left a bad review ever, but had to after this experience. When the roach was discovered in my soup it was taken to the trash can like it a common thing. No manager was given the roach soup and a manager never came to the table to apologize.
