Tetsujin Japanese Sushi & Hibachi Grill

We've been coming here for the past 5 years, however I'm not sure what's going on but we are extremely disappointed to the point we will no longer be returning. I always get the steak hibachi, this time the steak had a SLIMY texture to it. I thought maybe it was just one piece, nope the entire thing. My husband ordered the sushi, however his shrimp tempura in the rolls were so bad that it was hard but not crunchy like it was refried several times and tasted old. The shrimp were super shriveled as well. My daughter had the chicken teriyaki. The size was great it was a larger portion then expected but the chicken was extra tough. Just an overall disappointment, also very grossed out with the slimy steak. Hoping we dont get sick later on.

The rice was ok, the chicken was very good, the shrimp was fabulous very seasoned, the ginger salad was very fresh. And the woman that was working was so nice. I live an hour away but I will be back agian to eat.

I got it delivered. The California Roll and Crunchy Roll was not expected and it had a lot of everything not equal of any of it.
I called up the restaurant and complained and yes I had an attitude but I told her that was not how the rolls were supposed to be. And she kept blowing me up and sending me messages and pictures.

I hate giving bad reviews, but the food was so unflavored and bad that i have no choice. Their noodles are like buttered spaghetti noodles, biggest dissapointment. The rice wasnt fully cooked and saturated with any flavor. The spring rolls were like fried frozen pf chang rolls you get from target. The yum yum sauce and teriyaki sauce were like water, literally. Its almost like a random redneck decided to serve hibachi from his trailer on the weekends. Terrible quality because i think theyre going too cheap on product they use. Sad. I support small businesses but it shouldn't be to the point i have to immediately go back out to get panda express and its way better. Zero stars.

Very nice customer service, delicious sushi and affordable lunch prices. Can’t beat it, coming from someone who loves Chuck’s Fish sushi.

Everything was fresh! Service was top tier. Prices are decent. Will keep coming back for more!

Used to love this place, new owners changed everything and I will not waste my money there again. Huge mistake.

So new owners are terrible I ordered steak hibachi and got teriyaki steak with fried rice and the steak is full of fat and tough! Second time last time it took over a hour to receive my order!
I have eaten at the hibachi restaurant for seven years. This is the worst I’ve ever had.!
I would not waste my time or money there ever again horrible horrible horrible!!!!!

Sushi was dry, like it was made way too early , Crab Rangoon tasted burnt, filling did not have sweet crab flavor that is expected, no crab meat in crab salad, and teriyaki steak way over cooked, I think there has been a change in ownership, will not return.

Good stir fry rice with chicken but I thought it would have vegetables. Crab wonton wasn't great.

The food was great ! There was a large selection compared to most of the small/similar Japanese restaurants.

We buy our sushi here and they always do a great job! It’s full of flavor and fresh and the fried rolls are good too!
