Ordered pickup, loved the drive thru to pick it up. The staff was very sweet at the window. The sushi was good, not great but definitely not bad. It's good for a quick bite or large order but if you want saucey rolls look elsewhere. These are more traditional sushi which I can appreciate. The fish was fresh, the Philadelphia roll was very good. We also ordered a party platter which was tasty but I wish you could customize with other rolls or something. Overall I will keep this place on my radar and will eat here again but for like a special dinner out I'll go elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was outstanding, and you could tell great care went into both the ingredients and preparation. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. This was easily one of the best dining experiences we've had in Mobile. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Tetsujin to anyone looking for delicious food and exceptional service!

I order Uber Eats from this resturant abs have always received generous portions of truly tasty food! It always comes looking delicious, is well packaged, and what's hot is hot and cold is cold. This is DEFINETLY one of my favorite Asian resturants and the only one I use for Uber Eats.

I’ve been coming to Tetsujin for a while now, and it’s easily my go to sushi spot in Mobile. I usually order the Kojoto sushi platter, and it’s one of the best values on the menu. You get a solid variety for the price, and everything tastes fresh and well prepared. The fish is clean, the rice is right, and nothing feels rushed.

What really sets this place apart for me is the service. I walk in and she already knows my order before I even say it. That kind of consistency and attention makes a difference. It feels personal, not transactional.

If you’re looking for quality sushi at a fair price with service that actually makes you want to come back, this is the spot.

I ordered 3 party trays yesterday for a gathering, and it exceeded my expectations! The sushi was fresh and flavorful. Every item tasted high quality. My guests especially loved the variety, it made hosting so much easier since I didn’t have to worry about preparing multiple dishes myself.

The portion size was generous and definitely worth the price. Communication and pickup were also smooth and convenient.
I would absolutely order again for future events and highly recommend it to anyone hosting a party or family gathering!

What happened to my favorite food place?!? I am so disappointed. I’ve been ordering from here for years. Maybe 6-8 years. Today the food was such a disappointment. I’ve always gotten the steak and I’m not sure what I got today but it wasn’t any steak I’ve ever had. It was similar to the taste and texture of beef and broccoli meat. Chewy and kind of gooey.
It wasn’t sirloin like it always it was. And the soup was very dark. It’s never been this color. The onions in it looked like they had been burnt before they were added and that’s why the color was dark. Also we waited almost 20 full minutes for our food after we got there. I’ve NEVER waited more than 5 minutes after I arrived for my food. In over 5 years.
I am so disappointed because we really loved this place. I don’t know what prompted the change but I am hesitant to return.

We've been coming here for the past 5 years, however I'm not sure what's going on but we are extremely disappointed to the point we will no longer be returning. I always get the steak hibachi, this time the steak had a SLIMY texture to it. I thought maybe it was just one piece, nope the entire thing. My husband ordered the sushi, however his shrimp tempura in the rolls were so bad that it was hard but not crunchy like it was refried several times and tasted old. The shrimp were super shriveled as well. My daughter had the chicken teriyaki. The size was great it was a larger portion then expected but the chicken was extra tough. Just an overall disappointment, also very grossed out with the slimy steak. Hoping we dont get sick later on.
