Very slow, food was not correct. Staff seemed confused.

I’ve been through the drive through on 5000 Rangeline Rd in Mobile and both times, they messed my order up. Seems like they keep forgetting to put the whole order together. Both times, parts of my order were missing. Their attitudes are also terrible. I’ve walked back in the store to get my food, and the little girl rolled her eyes at me lol, i mean i wouldn’t have came back if you would’ve just gave me my whole order. Won’t be back!

It’s great to get a really cold drink on a hot day! I go through the drive through here at the Tillman’s Corner cafe. They have great drink and food selections and it’s always a challenge for me to order something more healthy.

Coming off of Rangeline to the cafe is not a bad maneuver as it’s a quick right turn. But getting out to Halls Mills is a challenge. But if you want a tasty smoothie, then it’s worth it.

Location is listed incorrectly as 5000 Rangeline Road when it’s really 5000 Rangeline Xing Dr S Suite F, Mobile, AL 36619. Attached is the picture of where the GPS takes you when using this address.

I pulled straight out of the drive thru, called the Franchise & left a message for this visit! I ordered a Detox Island Green (7.49 + 10% tax) @8:36 a.m. I asked at the speaker does their location participate in the 50% off smoothies Happy Hour from 7a.m.-9a.m. & the guy replies, "Yes". He gave me a total of $5.49 so I asked for a price explanation because clearly that wasn't half off. He said he doesn't know why, but he can't do anything about it, he's just doing his job. He said he wasn't great at Math & read the price break down & I said I don't care for it myself but doing the basic i calculated that's incorrect. He said ma'am I just make smoothies & go home! He said, " It's only $5, I'll pay for it". I said thank you for the nice gesture, you're insulting me because it's not that I can't pay $5 & asked have he heard of false advertisement. I asked could the manager come to the window. He said, "My manager isn't even here". I showed him where i looked up that mentioned the Happy Hr Special & he said that's a versatile statement & different states have different prices. I said i get that promotions vary by location i just asked during ordering did they participate & was told yes. He closed the window & a female employee came and gave me my total again. I asked why am I not able to take advantage of the 50% Happy Hour? She said that has nothing to do with her and said that'll be $5.49. I said I understand but what would you do as a customer or if I was your mother spending money etc? She said, "I would just drive off that's what I would do". I said ok, but I'm not going to just drive off and that's rude of you to say that. She closed the windows & went out of view. A different guy came into view & was rolling his eyes & neck with his hand in my smoothie as if he was going to discard it. He came to the window and I asked could I just pay for my smoothie and I don't get how people can be done like that. He closed the window while I was talking & came back with and said this is the manager (It showed Jillian), trying to hand me his phone. I said I don't need to hold your phone and proceeded to let the manager know I spy's prefer to speak with her in person that I only asked why isn't my total reflecting the half off promotion & 2nd how rude her staff members were. She said the Smoothies aren't 50% during Happy Hour they are only 25%which deducts $2.00 off the price. I said we'll that's crazy because that's what it says online & the employees confirmed it at order taking point. I told her I didn't want to hold up the drive thru any longer & the guy was standing there drinking his eyes & neck holding the phone out the window. The young lady came to the window and said that'll be $5.49. Iapologized to the young lady & told her I understand it's not their fault but as a customer I just inquired based on what the promotion stated. The receipt doesn't even show where a discount was given, only the Subtotal price of the smoothie $7.49, .50 Tax then Total of $5.49.

Ordered a smoothie and 2 flatbreads at 7:52 as they close at 8. I get to the window and they tell me they already cleaned up and ran out of gloves…. Great customer service, today’s generation is a clown show. What happened to people wanting to work? I guarantee they are the same people who will complain about not getting a tip as well.

Love this chain of smoothie shops. Food is very flavorful and lite. Smoothies are refreshing and delish. Just overall relaxing and tropical. We always stop when in the area. Wish we had one in Gulfport so we didn't have to drive 50 plus miles.

Good store but tough to find because the franchise owner (or corporate headquarters) currently has the store listed on Google Maps in the wrong location. Contrary to what the map shows it is not on the south (east) side of Interstate 10. It is on the northwest side of the interstate. It is NOT at 5000 Rangeline Rd

This has to be the worst tropical smoothie location of all in existence. They never have anything on the menu. Constantly out of something.

Did not have the products to make my order and the employee didn’t know how to give me a refund for online orders, which is poor training and management.??

Went inside the two employees said they were only taking drive through orders and only fir smoothies only nothing else . I said so I can’t order a smoothie in here and was told no drive through . Rudest service I’ve enter gotten .

Best Tropical Smoothie cafe in the Mobile area. The smoothie taste good and not water down. My sandwich was good and warm. Service was quick and efficient.
