I am currently going into my second 30 min without so much as an acknowledgement from any of the staff. The table that was being served as I walked in is now walking out, yet no one seems to want to take my order, much less serve me. I have been a Waffle house customer for nearly 40 years and this is by far the worst service I have ever received.

Waffle House is a restaurant with friendly cooks and amazing servers. The food, especially the blueberry waffles, is delicious and comes out hot. The staff is hard-working and deserves generous tips. While the coffee can be stale, the service is generally excellent. The Manger on the 3rd shift is outstanding. Parking is ample. A family gathering made the atmosphere feel warm and inviting. The staff also enjoys serving customers.
