Ordered through drive thru took about 20 minutes. After getting my order and checking they forgot part of my order. After calling to make sure I could come back. I sat in the lobby for nearly another 20 minutes. Horrible

20 minutes wait on a main menu item order with no substitutions or special requests, Received a small drink instead of the ordered large, was late for work so couldn't complain. Workers were stopping for minute long conversations with orders waiting. Just really sloppy. Food was alright, but I think I'm done with this place for breakfast.

I was ordering Whataburger for 6 people so I decided to use the app because momma told me to "treat others as you wanna be treated". I did not want to clog up a drive thru line that was already notoriously slow.Long story short, they're supposed to take the food out to your car. After 30 minutes, nobody came with my food. I went inside and asked about it, their response was that it has been ready for 30 minutes and handed me the food. I loaded back into my car to which my wife requests that I check the bags for the appropriate food. BOYYYYY, am I happy she got me to double-check. I only had 3 of the 6 orders and when I went in to request the other 3 they had never made them! In the end, they apologized and made the extra food after another 15 minutes of waiting. Let me tell you though, the food does not disappoint. Were the trials and tribulations worth it? No. Would I do it again. Maybe...

My food was cold my burger was wrong also my fries were almost like rubber like they was in the microwave drink was also nasty I love this place because of the food being cooked to order but mines wasn't so I spoke with management they said sorry come back I go back the next day the lady did not remember me by the code they gave me then after such an hard time they gave me guess what they did my order over then boom food was the same as the first time
