I was ordering Whataburger for 6 people so I decided to use the app because momma told me to "treat others as you wanna be treated". I did not want to clog up a drive thru line that was already notoriously slow.Long story short, they're supposed to take the food out to your car. After 30 minutes, nobody came with my food. 20 minutes wait on a main menu item order with no substitutions or special requests, Received a small drink instead of the ordered large, was late for work so couldn't complain. Workers were stopping for minute long conversations with orders waiting. Just really sloppy. Food was alright, but I think I'm done with this place for breakfast.
