Yellowhammer Coffee on Dolphin Street is always a five-star stop in my book. The place is spotless, the coffee is excellent, and the food is on point—from great breakfast options to solid sandwiches and wraps if you swing by at lunch.
The location is super convenient, just east of I-65, with a full drive-thru and a small dining area if you want to hang out and enjoy your coffee on site. Everything about the setup just works.
But what really makes this location rock and roll is the staff. Always friendly. Always smiling. Always upbeat. Somehow they manage to put you in a better mood every single time you come through—and that’s not easy to pull off consistently.
Great coffee, great food, great people. This Yellowhammer Coffee location absolutely earns all five stars, every time. ☕⭐

Before leaving I asked for cream n sugar, This guy, told me I had to ask for it back there, and didnt want to go get any, i had to stare him down for him to move,Its your job to offer it back there! 1st time there and last visit.. Made order online & realized immediately after paying location was not near me (I am not local). Immediately called & let them know my mistake & to cancel/request refund. Was told request could not be done as order was being made and would not refund payment. Disappointed as this was the first time to do business with establishment.

This crew is awesome!! Normally I hit the store in Downtown Mobile, but its closed for remodeling. So glad I got to meet the people that work at this location
I got the sugar cookie frappe and my girlfriend got the cherry cordial frappe. First timers here. Colin was very friendly and patient. The frappes were extremely delicious!

You don’t get customer service like this anymore! Specifically Crystal today was amazing. I pulled up. I order ask her questions. She answered all of them with no hesitation! I don’t care if I have to drive an extra 30 minutes out of my way to find a yellowhammer location. I will never not choose yellowhammer over other Coffey companies because the experience alone is worth it.

Absolutely horrible service at the window at 11/11 8:26-27AM. The woman handed us a drink we did not order and we let her know we ordered the Sugar Cookie Frappe with an extra shot and no whip. She said she had it in the system that we ordered a Salted Caramel Frappe we told her that that’s not what we ordered and she said she was going to charge us for another one because the person that took our order wouldn’t make a mistake like that. The audacity! $8 on a drink we didn’t even order, no refund or nothing! They got the nerve to put in the wrong drink and REFUSE to make us the one we ordered without charging us AGAIN!
