This is the most unprofessional place and I will never eat there again.
My daughter just found an earring in her food.
Called to complain and spoke to the Manager Miranda .
She is Very unprofessional. She yelled out “who got a diamond earring in there ear? ”
Then tried to tell me that it didn’t come from her staff like I was just making it up.
Told me to bring it back with the earring in it and she will replace it.

Went on my lunch and ordered a SIGNATURE CLUB. Checked my food and it had NO bacon or cheese. I go back around through the drive-through and tell them what happened and they gave me a crushed up bacon and shredded cheese in a container. Didn’t bother to fix my sandwhich
went through the drive through tonight and And spent over 22 dollars. we could tell the chicken had been sitting under the light for a hot minute. was dry and Luke warm. by the time we got home it was awful. so dissatisfied and won't be back. do better zaxbys.
