“I’ve rarely had a problem at this location. The food always tastes good, and the staff is friendly and professional. The times I have had an issue, it was a technological (computer) error and they were very helpful and accommodating to address it.“

“I haven’t eaten from this establishment in years. Last week I went in to pick up an order and was happy to find that they will hire people with special abilities. As a mom of two young special needs children this made me happy. I’m proud to live in a city where so many businesses are inclusive of this very capable population. Oh and the pizza was excellent!“

“I really appreciate the staff and the service here today. I placed the online order which was a reorder. While adding to my order I made a mistake and messed over my wing order. The guy inside Kayden fix my order and got me squared away. Initially I thought they messed up my order but after looking at my receipt it was all my problems my fault. Thank you Kayden.“

“Calera Alabama Zaxby’s has an outstanding staff and manager. We stopped on a vacation and we were delighted with the customer service and excellent salad! Thanks! Mark and Yvonne.“

“I love this place ,it’s my go to here in alabaster the staff is always nice and the place is always clean with a great atmosphere, on top of that Liz is always a pleasure to talk to so nice and knowledgeable about what’s going on ,I’ll definitely be coming back weekly 😁🤩“

“Thank you so much! No matter how busy you get, you never forget to protect your customers. My son has a pineapple allergy, and every time you see our name — even without me reminding you — you use a clean knife to prevent any cross-contamination. That level of care means everything to us and helps avoid potential ER visits.

Our pizza is always made correctly, and the one time we ordered delivery and the driver left the pizza on the porch without notifying us, your team corrected the issue immediately.

We truly appreciate you all. Thank you again for your care and consistency!“

“Normally Papa John’s wouldn’t be my first pizza pick but this location makes all the difference, had two takeout large pizzas and they were cooked to perfection, ingredients were fresh and it tasted fantastic! Would absolutely eat here again!“
