Our pizza is always made correctly, and the one time we ordered delivery and the driver left the pizza on the porch without notifying us, your team corrected the issue immediately.

“Normally Papa John’s wouldn’t be my first pizza pick but this location makes all the difference, had two takeout large pizzas and they were cooked to perfection, ingredients were fresh and it tasted fantastic! Would absolutely eat here again!“

“I’ve been coming back to this store since March of 2026, but today was truly a 5-star experience.

My eldest son has a red meat allergy, and we have to be very careful about cross contamination because of it. Today, I asked if they could not cut the pizza, to reduce that chance.

The General Manager, Regina, was the one who helped me. She didn’t do what I asked. She went above and beyond. She used a new cutter, new sauce, and dough that hasn’t touched anything on the prep table.

For some, this is a small thing, for my son, this is everything. It’s hard for him to enjoy a lot of foods now, and this is a slice of normalcy for him.

“I ordered two pizzas online but, I accidentally picked the wrong store, Alabaster, I meant to select Montevallo..oops. A gentleman, I think he might have been a manager, made two pizzas in less then 10 minutes and these pizzas are the best pizzas we ever had!!“

“My husband and I have ordered from here via the app at least 3 times over the past year. The employees have always been nice and the store has been clean. We have always gotten exactly what we ordered and it was always warm. Using the app allows us to avoid any wait time as well, so I would recommend using it if you are not willing to wait.“

The red-haired girl with piercings at the window didn’t seem very personable. I had placed a mobile order, but when I got to the window she gave me a total. I politely told her it was a mobile order, and she quickly turned around, handed me my bag, and gave me a drink that had soda spilled all over the cup.

Before I could even ask for a napkin or say anything about it, she said “have a great day” and closed the window.

No disrespect to her personally, but customer interaction might not be the best position for her. Hopefully this was just an off day.“
