This KFC fell by the wayside a few years ago, but they've really stepped their game up. I hadn't been in a long, long time, but I decided to stop in and consider a family bucket for dinner... I'm glad I did. Not only did the employees answer my questions, but they were inquisitive to my needs, and attentive to them most importantly. When it took more time to cook my chicken fresh, because of my order, they walked it out to my car with a smile on their face.
We have always liked KFC and in the past, had gone to the Pelham location. That location became so bad that they shut down. The other Pelham location near the interstate is running a close race to the bottom. We thought we were done with KFC.

I was so apprehensive about going tonight as I've gotten crappy food on top of crappy service at this location a few times... but my kids were persistent on KFC?️But tonight? ? Not only was the food absolutely delicious and FRESH ?... the young man who took our order had probably the best customer service I've seen at a drive thru in years to be honest. Definitely worth it.
