This is the second time in a row that I’ve encountered bad service from this location. The first time, the guy at the register wouldn’t even pause his phone conversation to take my order. The second time, the cooks in the back were laughing and insulting me. The chicken looks like scraps and they raised their prices without raising their standards. Will not spend my money here again

The wings are decent and I’m sure this place is only receiving as much business as they do because of location. I will not be returning here! The cashier is by far the most arrogant, unprofessional, and unfriendly person I have dealt with in awhile. Even with the convenience of location, his attitude was that rude, you couldn’t pay me to go back.

We called an order in of a 20 piece combo and 10 extra wings. The gentleman on the phone asked us how long you think you’ll be. We told the 5-10 minutes because we just picked up food($70)from just around the corner. We watched patron after patron come and after order and get their food. 45 minutes later he addresses the situation and we now have $70 worth of cold food!!!!

The prices have went up too high and when you order the steak sandwich with wings for over $14 dollars you don't even get fries with it you have to pay for fries separately and that's absolutely ridiculous these places want to nickel and dime you these days for everything.

New cooks and cooking methods. We order wing combos and the chicken was halfway cooked. The only excuse the manager could give is "We cook our food on a time scale so it should be cooked". This location has went down tremendously and need the food inspectors to visit for them to understand the standards of cooking any meat products. We won't be back. I'll definitely make sure others know not to eat here either. Do better.
