American Deli in Prattville, AL offers freshly cooked food and excellent customer service, including wheelchair assistance from the restaurant to the parking lot. The wings and sauce are praised for being better than other American Deli locations. However, some customers have experienced delays in receiving their drinks, even with a call-in order. Despite this, the food quality is considered good, albeit pricey.
