I had a wonderful experience with customer services, and the food was freshly cooked to the perfectio. Also, the employee helped me get from the restaurant to my car while I was in my wheelchair. This truly made me feel additionally welcomed, and I witnessed first-hand gratitude to the fullest. I recommend that everyone should eat at this particular American Deli in Prattville, AL.

I live in Atlanta Georgia but I travel a lot and when I'm going 85 I stop almost every time the wings and sauce are better than the American delis in Atlanta keep up the good work and thanks

Food is good but you have to wait to receive your drink even when you call in and you're told it will only take 10m but when u get inside you have to wait another 20m. Can I please have my drink and free refills? Its not my fault you're taking too long for your really expensive food that's pre-cooked!!
