As soon as you walk in there’s a musky smell. We decided to stay and eat anyways. We got the buffalo wings and southwest chicken bowl. Both were delicious. Service was okay. Don’t get water…. It tastes horribly like tap water. Even though the food was good, we won’t be back.

I had a hard piece of a green utensil that broke off in my food! I have just had dental work and this aggravated and exacerbated my dental issues! I talked with a manager but she informed me what it was that I found in my food! I have pics and I’m extremely disappointed with this! I emailed and hope to get a response soon!

I just left and walked out me and my cousin on 11/14/25 @ 5:10p.m. and we were there at 4:30 p.m.. We were not greeted and didn't get a drink order or nothing and we sat there for as long as possible. This is truly unprofessional and I would like management to email me or call, send me a message.
Grilled Cheese took 20 minutes and other friends took 45 minute. Grilled cheese had cheese that was not melted all the way and the service was horrible. Don’t know my server but he was very kind
It was terrible service was awful did even get our food we left after being there for 20 minutes and no drinks they couldn't even get my food order in we left and went to Atlanta high way and everything was great

We was a party of five for my wife Birthday on 10/04/1985. Appetizers was fresh and hot and delicious. When the main entrees was brought out all sides was extremely cold. Steak was very tough. The waitress had the kitchen staff to remake it. By that time we was all ready to go. We didn't eat out food and ask for to go containers. I also don't think it's fair if you're spending a good piece of money you have to get those small containers and have to pack a full plate of food inside of them. Was told the big containers are only used for take out customers. In this instance this was taken out if our appetite was spoiled by bringing out cold sides. The margarita drinks were good. Also where we was seated the paint on was was peeling bad. I'm from Atlanta and thought this location would be a good experience. Another thing the store was out of Broccoli. I have been to every Applebee's in Atlanta and have never experienced a location being out of Broccoli.

There are several large pot holes in parking lot. Somebody's car is going to get torn up. We spoke with the manager about the parking lot.
