I just left and walked out me and my cousin on 11/14/25 @ 5:10p.m. and we were there at 4:30 p.m.. We were not greeted and didn't get a drink order or nothing and we sat there for as long as possible. This is truly unprofessional and I would like management to email me or call, send me a message.
Grilled Cheese took 20 minutes and other friends took 45 minute. Grilled cheese had cheese that was not melted all the way and the service was horrible. Don’t know my server but he was very kind

We was a party of five for my wife Birthday on 10/04/1985. Appetizers was fresh and hot and delicious. When the main entrees was brought out all sides was extremely cold. Steak was very tough. The waitress had the kitchen staff to remake it. By that time we was all ready to go. We didn't eat out food and ask for to go containers. I also don't think it's fair if you're spending a good piece of money you have to get those small containers and have to pack a full plate of food inside of them. Was told the big containers are only used for take out customers. In this instance this was taken out if our appetite was spoiled by bringing out cold sides. The margarita drinks were good. Also where we was seated the paint on was was peeling bad. I'm from Atlanta and thought this location would be a good experience. Another thing the store was out of Broccoli. I have been to every Applebee's in Atlanta and have never experienced a location being out of Broccoli.

Completely unprofessional by the manager, Jennifer Caldwell. While sitting at the bar, she was behind the bar, cleaning up. One of her employees had an issue and instead of pulling her aside, out of view of the customers, she scolded her right at the bar. Furthermore, she was cussing up a storm behind the bar. Another guest had a meal complaint about food being cold. She told her server to have it remade. About 5 minutes later, the manager proceeded to go into the kitchen and yell at the staff, so loudly, that all the dining room could hear it. All the bar patrons could hear it. The bartender who served me was kind, prompt, and had a smile on her face. The food was quick, good, and made correctly. The prices were good too. The music volume was also not at a consistent level. Certain songs would be turned up too loudly, while others would be at a normal level. Would eat here again only if a level of professionalism was maintained.
