Food, service and atmosphere was great but this location needs an overhaul/remodel. The paint on the walls are chipping, the booth benches are chipping and the carpet, OMG. Ate there and then saw the 86 rating. CLEAN UP

The service was average. The food was fresh but average(I got the big chicken sandwich from the commercials). Prices are fair, but the entire place could use a good cleaning. Felt sticky

it took forever to get our drinks, and about 15 on the food. no refills were offered during our meal. they did appear to be under staffed

Service very slow to refill drinks, bring ticket, etc. The food was fantastic.
After the server gave us drinks (water and tea), we waited over 15 minutes for a server to return to take our order. She never came back. We left money for the tea and then left. The place was NOT crowded!

I'm so disappointed with THIS location on Taylor Road. The car side service is terrible. I had an issue here a while ago. The manager on duty was Stanley McClain. He promised to make it right. The next time I returned, the manager on duty would not honor it. My server was a guy named Melvin, who told me it would be honored. However, the MOD wouldn’t. He could’ve cleared it up with a simple phone call. I returned the next afternoon and spoke with Stanley, and he agreed. He gave me dates of when he would be back in. I called back in for my complimentary meal. What do you have? Stanley is no longer at this location; he has been moved to Atlanta Highway! I’m so over this Applebees. I don’t recommend it.

It’s only one guy in there that does his job right but everyone else in that restaurant is so unprofessional, went the other night for dinner and waited literally 30 minutes and did not get served. Everyone around me had got assisted except me so I walked out I like the food but the service sucks y’all need to get it together and stop being unprofessional

Zippy and the manager Stanley were absolutely phenomenal. We came in when it was clear they were in the weeds. We were already sitting at the bar when Stanley came in and from the moment he walked in - he was there to work - running food, taking orders, helping clean tables. I even heard him tell another server "we have a nice family of four at the front, please get them seated." So professional, cool, calm and collected. Zippy was our bartender and was also waiting several tables. She was able to offer everyone exceptional service and kept a positive attitude with the patrons. Exceptional employees, very impressed.
