El Taco Shop serves some of the best authentic Mexican food, reminding customers of homemade meals. It is considered the best taco shop between Birmingham and Montgomery, a favorite of any restaurant. The salsa bar is clean and delicious. Recommended meals include sopes, quesadillas, ceviche, a side of wings, a margarita flight, pollo loco with great rice, cheese dip, and lean chicken, steak tacos, fish tacos, rice and refried beans, and a taco salad bowl. The rice and beans are perfect. Prices are reasonable, with a lot of options. The food is great, the service was good, and the waitresses are beautiful. This place is fun and cool to visit.
