Went in on lunch break. Asked for a cheddar roast beef, pound meal. Medium size, with jalapeño poppers. Only got the poppers and sandwich. Was small size. Didn’t charge me for the meal, but still. I can understand if you got something on your mind or personal life. You don’t even have to be friendly, just get the order right. If you were in the customers shoes, wouldn’t you want your order to be correct?

Was told to pull up, behind the other car who had pulled up as well.I don't care about you cheating the system to make it look like you're on time when in fact you aren't.Also, no thank yous or nothing.

The food is decent. Employee's are not friendly. Very rude to us when we got our order. She just shoved our bag of food at us. Customer service is really bad here.

They were extremely short of staff...we were in the drive thru....it took 30 minutes. They were super nice and apologetic...doing their job! Cudos to those employees!

The food was exceptional! The fries were freshly cooked. Service was with a smile with all who assisted me. I recommend Arby's wholeheartedly!!!! A very pleasant change from the other food establishments in the area.

There was no one in line ahead of us in the drive thru and somehow we still ended up waiting over 20mins for our food and all we ordered was a beef and cheddar w/ curly fries shm…I’m not an Arby’s hater I actually like Arby’s but the one on Zelda Rd isn’t it lol..The food was good, it’s always good it’s just the amount of time it took was ridiculous, maybe they’re having worker shortages I do believe they had “now hiring” on they’re sign so maybe once the pandemic is over I can go back and delete this and leave a better review. Till then,, be prepared to sit, I suggest a good podcast to pass the time !!

they make you wait. me and my mother went there in the drive thru and we were pulled to the front of the building. 45 minutes later AFTER I had to go thru the drive thru I I received my food. I was told I was waiting on cheese sticks to cook. meanwhile later there was a "mix up" meanwhile numerous employees saw us continuously sitting there and didn't bother to ask what I was waiting on. and the food was also not warm once I finally received it.

Just ordered food with Grubhub delivery. They only sent one third of the order and it wasn't right. Who ever filled the order at Arby's didn't read the order. I was supposed to get 3 beef and cheddar combos. I got one original roast beef combo. The only thing they got right was the crinkle fries and the coke.

Not sure what happened around 8pm on 10/5/21, but myself and another customer in the vehicle infront on me that had been waiting a considerable amount of time couldn’t get anyone to take our orders, answer the window or anything. Hope all is well.

This place doesn't even deserve one star.I stopped to get a bite to eat but left empty handed.I waited in line for over a half hour for them to take care of one vehicle. Then when I went to go to order they made me wait even longer. When somebody finally did get online for me to order they told me to wait again. Then when they came back online I tried to place an order and they ignored me. They came back online and told me that I'd have to wait a while. I waited for another 20 minutes. I have never seen a place with such lousy service. I do not recommend anybody go to this place.

Ordered a French dip double meat combo with two sides of cheddar, cherry turnover. We we received was a roll with a little bit or meat no au jus dip and no drink.. we want our money back. Tried calling and knowone picked up.
