About Bojangles'

Bojangles is a restaurant known for its great food and friendly, helpful staff. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable, and the service is fast, with the staff going above and beyond to fulfill special requests. However, the availability of dine-in seating may be limited, and customers may need to rely on the drive-thru option. Management was great when they first opened. After COVID it went downhill. MANY times they had all of the doors locked limiting access to the bathrooms and inside. This last visit 2/1/25 just witnessed better Management thankfully. The chicken sandwich was hot but it was dry like nothing on the sandwich at all. The fries weren't hot which I don't understand at all since I had to wait for my food. The staff was really nice however and refilled my drink while I waited. Disappointed. The orders of crispy chicken was cold, mushy, and very pink near the bone; the mashed potatos were cold and had no taste; the biscuits were dry; and the cold slaw was OK. The chicken had been crispy, if the potatos had some seasoned gravy, and if the biscuits were moistened with butter.
