Very disappointed with my visit to Popeyes in Eastchase Montgomery, Alabama tonight. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru just to place my order, and another 10 minutes to receive my food. When I finally got home, my order was missing both the fries and the biscuits.
I ordered the Surf and Turf meal — the shrimp looked nothing like butterfly shrimp and instead resembled burnt popcorn chicken. The chicken tenders were paper-thin and barely edible.
