Customer service was terrible on saturday night of 3/30. The lady hollered on the speaker that they didn't have ghost pepper wings. Sadly, we love the wings, but the customer service is horrible with every Popeyes that we have purchased from. The people act like the customers aren't what pays their paycheck. We ended up going next door to the neighboring business.?

Every time I come here, I drive off. This place is painfully slow it should not take 20 min per car in a drive thru. I've lived here several years and never gotten food here once, despite loving Popeyes. Shame.

Waited in drive thru 15 mins . Got to the window and waited an extra 7 mins and I get home which is 4 mins away and my food look like this. Fries are greasy and shrimp don’t look done.

Gave this location several chances. Twice they said they could not sell me a wing meal because of some promotion going on. Today purchased a eight piece received 1 wing and 1 breast 3 thighs and 3 legs. In my experience you would receive a whole chicken in 2 of each. Location is convenient but you never get what you pay for...No more for me

Got to the location had to wait 30 plus minutes waiting to get served. The cashier’s customer service was sub par. May never be returning. Soda variety was empty in most. Tea was empty and wasnt self serve. Not a pleasant experience. Fastes slow

Whoever owns this store needs to do some serious reconstruct. For the drive thru to consistently be this slow and pretty much most of the time they have been open is quite concerning... STOP OPENING these places in the city if we cant truly get to have good experiences at them.

Busy location. Intermittent friendly staff. No matter time of day, 20 minute wait for drive thru food. Spending more on gas in line than for food itself.

Staff were rude and could not get the order right after 5 to 6 times passing through the window...then he get mad at me...not!!..that was my last review. Went today 2.8.24 and sat in drive-thru 15 minutes before someone said anything to the car in front of me. The cook came out the back door and I asked him, what's going on...he said drive to the window..im on break...finally someone came...I read they will be open until 11pm nightly...they need to hire people...please
