Bruster's Real Ice Cream

It would be appropriate to update your operating hours as a business. That way customers don’t drive 20 mins to a location that has closed before 9pm

I hadn’t been to this location in a few months so I was excited to enjoy a nice treat along with my pups. I pulled up to the window to a young lady who looked less than thrilled to be there and when I ordered a blast she said “we aren’t doing blasts or shakes tonight.” Clearly she didn’t want to clean the machine or something so I politely said “ok- I’ll just go to Dairy Queen.” So I did!

Why are closing early? That's an unhealthy sign for business.

The young lady working was fantastic, however they were busy and only had her working. The owners and management of this location should be ashamed for doing business like this.

I am pretty picky but not one single bad thing can I say about their ice cream. It is unbelievably divine. I got a double of strawberry on the waffle cone & OMG! Omg! SO GOOD! I need to see if they have yoghurt?ice cream. I AM GOIN’ TO GET FAT! ?

I love Bruster's, though I highly recommend avoiding this location. If there is even one customer in front of you, you'll be waiting at least 30 minutes. It's honestly mind boggling!

Cake batter was nasty the other flavors are good

We love Brusters. We had it on the way back home(Georgia) and loved the ice cream but I left my phone on the bench. I realized that when we were 20 miles away from that place. I called them from my husband's phone and they kept my phone. So thankful for your kind gesture. Will surely stop by this Bruster's on my next visit. Thank you so much :)

Great icecream.

Watched your employee Chris handle a full drive thru and walk up customer by himself. No help on a Friday night and he smiled and had great customer service skills. Give that guy a raise.

The worker was real nice and polite. Can't remember his name but he was a joy.

There was one young lady working when we stopped by. There was a bit of a wait, but we could tell that she was trying her best to get the orders completely in a timely manner. She was very polite and apologetic for the wait. If ever in the area again, we'd visit this location rather than the one on Vaughn Road.

Not a fan, they were out of cookies for the kids treat and out of chocolate cake for one of their desserts.

Service no good. Was at drive through for like 5 minutes with nobody visible in store. When somebody finally showed up they were rude to me and unpleasant.
