This is one of my husbands favorite places to go for a sweet treat. The ice cream is good! My go to is the banana pudding shake. We walked to the door to find that the inside was closed. Normally only the drive through is open, so the line can get pretty long with long wait times.

We walked up to the window and it took some time to get waited on! Wife order a pint of strawberry ice cream and the girl asked if she wanted a cup or cone! After getting that straightened out the girl walks off leaving myself and daughter just standing at the window! She finally came back and took our order then proceeded to ring us all up separate!
The ice cream was very good, service not so much!

Went to drive thru and asked for a vanilla regular waffle cone and the smallest cone they have also with vanilla. Realized she was making two waffle cones and informed her I meant I want the small one on a cake cone.. she refunded me ( which I have to wait days for it to come back to my account) then re did it.. this time with BOTH on cake cones 🥲 which I do not eat. I just threw mine away after pulling off, mood ruiner.

Ice cream was delicious and right on for a HOT day

My husband placed an order in the drive thru for two double scoops of butter pecan ice cream on a waffle cone.. He planned on eating one of the cones and was bringing the other one home. He asked for one cone to be bagged, and instead of placing the cone in a bag, the woman handed him the bag. He kindly handed the cones (and the bag) back to her and asked for his money back.
These people are RUDE! We will never return, and I do NOT recommend this location.

No Graham central station
Has no clue as to what it was even though they advertised that they have it .

Scoops are too small for the price and the ice cream tastes like the scooper has not been rinsed, I will not be returning.

Shutting down things way before closing

Terrible customer service. The young lady working there argued my husband when he told her she made the sundae we ordered wrong. She initially was not going to fix the problem either, she told him he could pay for another, but after some back and forth, she finally corrected it for him. Decent ice cream, but we will not be back.

It would be appropriate to update your operating hours as a business. That way customers don’t drive 20 mins to a location that has closed before 9pm

I hadn’t been to this location in a few months so I was excited to enjoy a nice treat along with my pups. I pulled up to the window to a young lady who looked less than thrilled to be there and when I ordered a blast she said “we aren’t doing blasts or shakes tonight.” Clearly she didn’t want to clean the machine or something so I politely said “ok- I’ll just go to Dairy Queen.” So I did!
