The service is terrible. I waited in the drive thru window for 10 minutes. I finally yelled out to them and that is when the young lady took my order. Then waited some more time in getting my order. This isn’t fast food anymore!
I have always lover BKs menu especially the croissants but lately it’s been bad with the service and dried out cold food served. BK used to make it fresh but they no longer do that and the let food sit for hours then still serve it. Not hiring responsible employees and no supervision or quality control. I hate to see them go out of business.

Ordered an Oreo chocolate shake, wasn’t mixed at all. My fries were cold and the burger was a mess. Cashiers weren’t very nice either. Won’t return to this location.

I went for breakfast and my sandwich was cold. I was on my way to work so I couldn't turn around to return to the store. I wasn't given a receipt so I don't know who served me. This was so disappointing. There used to be an older lady who worked mornings, often by herself (she and rhe cook). She always delivered excellent service and fresh food.

Always disappointing these days usually out of something if not hamburgers or buns ice happens a lot quick feed station for talking about the one in Troy it looks like it been bombed or in a major hurricane perhaps and not been repaired disgraceful

Was told it would be a 20 minute wait because the meat was frozen! I left and went to McDonald’s! , and the ice cream machine was working!
One worker was there with 1 cook but she stayed open and was very apologetic about the wait. Excellent customer service 👏

Do not recommend going here at all poor customer service. Went through the drive thru & my bag was literally slung at me because I questioned about the size of my drink & was told that’s what I was charged for & cashier threw away my receipt without my permission.

The kitchen had food on the floor, the windows were smeared with fingerprints, the kids play area was warm, there was a table left with food for the entire 45 minutes of our dinner.

I regularly go to Burger King. Was on a long trip when I stopped in to get food.
Was driving a huge moving truck and couldn’t get in the drive through, but doors were open. Went in and three people (2 guys and a girl) told me the lobby was closed. I explained my situation and asked if they could take my order and I’d pick it up at the window outside. They looked at me slack jawed, like they couldn’t fathom how this could be done. I explained again and all three said no.
Told them I would write a review and they thought it was hilarious.
Whoever owns that franchise should evaluate there manager and staff that was working on 08-28-24 @ 10:30pm.

We were pulling into the drive thru and a lady said that they were short staff. When we were trying to place our order we asked one more time and her attitude was very different.She also said that
we had to go inside.We didn’t order anything but, the chicken nuggets are very good.

Whoever owns this location whether it’s corporate owned or franchise owned they should be ashamed of themselves as far as not checking on this location regularly. Also whoever the Manager is should be ashamed also. I keep trying to give this location a chance but NEVER AGAIN. The Jr Whopper cold and the burger was dried up and old, onion rings old, chicken nuggets old. Drive thru was EMPTY. It does not take a long time to cook a fresh burger, nuggets, and onion rings. I wouldn’t have mind if they would’ve told me to wait.
I do not advise ANYONE to stop at this location.
Keep driving and go to the Burger King Chantilly Pkwy or eat from somewhere else in the area.
I can’t believe the owner and manager of this location. To allow the employees to provide cold and old food to customers is unacceptable. I would have asked for a refund but the $7 wasn’t worth the hassle or conversation.
