This is probably the worst & under staffed Burger King it is in Montgomery. I'm surprised the District Manager hasn't came in & hired new management.

The customer service was good but the French Fry had to much salt on them , they could have used that salt in Chicago on the street to help melt the snow

Never again to this place. lady with the red hair was so rude while we wait in line and gave us a an extra cup but I was nice about and told her you gave an extra one and she rolled her eyes at me and turns around and start talking behind my sister back like I didn’t hear her because she was in her way JUST DISRESPECTFUL!!!

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 2 chicken jr sandwiches at the drive-thru and then waited 15 minutes while 8-10 cars came and went with their food. Finally went in to see 2 employees looking at their phones, hadnt even started my order, i paid though. So i left as i had to pick up my kids from school. Garbage service from a garbage chain. Enjoy the last $12 you’ll ever get from me.

The slowest Burger King ever. Watched a young lady drop tongs on the floor, then only rinse with water and use them to grab food.
Good was good. Service was very slow. Only one or two people working.

Came in with a large group of 15, all orders were fresh, out in a timely manner, and everything was correct. Lobby was clean and tables were clear of trash or debris.
