Seems Like Different Restaurants Serve Different Typs of Fish. Sometimes, It Is Flakey, and Good. Other Times, It's More Mushy, and NOT Good. This Was a NOT Good Visit.

Waste of money. The food had no flavor and was cold. The employees were very ignorant. The establishment was filthy. Should be shut down by the health department
Went through the drive thru and the lady in the window was nice! My only problem was my shrimp being very soft and the Mac n cheese had no taste at all, so I go get a refund. The manager I guess with gold teeth, instantly is defensive, asking me why would I order something that I donât like. When in reality I didnât like the way this captain Dâs tasted, and she went on to say that they can get in trouble for giving me a refund, because their food taste wasnât up to par to me. She never came back to the window after the refund or I wouldâve asked for her name. That manager needs to be retrained asap!
The manager and staff were SUPER FRIENDLY. There was no longer wait. The restroom was VERY clean during our visit. The food was hot and tasty. The sweet ice tea was FRESH! Thank You!

Iâm sorry but you customers are CRAZY if you continue to go here. I worked at this location earlier this year for a couple of weeks until I was handing a customer a tray of food and a German roach (the small kind you DONT get rid of) crawled across the tray while it was in my hand. I went to the back and told the GM,she told me to simply âshoo them away because they keep getting sprayed but they just come backâ. When I worked there no one even had a current food safety permit,the health department had to take mine (a brand new employee) as documentation so that they wouldnât fail inspection. The store is simply gross and the employees and managers donât really care. How can you expect them to considering they donât pay a livable wage? Not to mention I was hired as a manager but once I started working I was âinformedâ in front of everyone that I had to work my way to management. Even though thatâs what the GM hired me for in the first place. I get it,sheâs overworked because they canât keep people. But thatâs the sad part,if she had trusted me to do what she had hired me to I would have been in there having that place spotless and having the employees actually give a crap. You canât keep good people or a clean store if youâve lost your passion.
Don't have any Captain D's nearby so have to find them when traveling. I really like their fish đ.

I honestly love the food here. It's a great value and the service is always spot on. My only suggestion is to maybe play some music so that we're not listening to the Drive-Thru order taker.
