I’m sorry but you customers are CRAZY if you continue to go here. I worked at this location earlier this year for a couple of weeks until I was handing a customer a tray of food and a German roach (the small kind you DONT get rid of) crawled across the tray while it was in my hand. I went to the back and told the GM,she told me to simply “shoo them away because they keep getting sprayed but they just come back”. When I worked there no one even had a current food safety permit,the health department had to take mine (a brand new employee) as documentation so that they wouldn’t fail inspection. The store is simply gross and the employees and managers don’t really care. How can you expect them to considering they don’t pay a livable wage? Not to mention I was hired as a manager but once I started working I was “informed” in front of everyone that I had to work my way to management. Even though that’s what the GM hired me for in the first place. I get it,she’s overworked because they can’t keep people. But that’s the sad part,if she had trusted me to do what she had hired me to I would have been in there having that place spotless and having the employees actually give a crap. You can’t keep good people or a clean store if you’ve lost your passion.

I honestly love the food here. It's a great value and the service is always spot on. My only suggestion is to maybe play some music so that we're not listening to the Drive-Thru order taker.

The food was fine came out fresh,but the service behind the counter...nearly nonexistent. They focused on the drive through and not the counter.
I know this is Montgomery but that’s no excuse for poor customer service and horrible food. After waiting for over 30 mins in line I expected my food to be hot well needless to say that expectation wasn’t meet. I end up throwing that mess away and stopped at the location in Troy Al Let’s just say the service & food was night and day in comparison

When I came into the restaurant I was greated with a hello from Shirley. Shirley was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing. She seemed to be running the front of the house along with giving directions to back of the house and drive through. The restaurant was very clean. When Shirley brought out my food she even thought of bringing extra butter for my dish. I am a manager of a local chain and the customer service here was absolutely outstanding. Shirley deserves a huge raise
