Surprisingly above expectations! We were hungry and driving by so just stopped in for a snack. You order at the counter and they bring food to your table, so service was pretty good. Get your own soda and clean up after yourself at the end. We tried two of their specials. $6 each for samplers of fish, chicken and shrimp. Both samplers also came with fries and hush puppies. All the food was clearly freshly cooked and hot. The sides were fine, and better than expected. The mains were all very good. Best of all, was the chicken tender. Actually delicious. A real contender against all the fried chicken places around. A nitpicky knock goes to the tartar sauce, which was bland and basically just mayo.

I visited here on Oct. 1 for dinner :) I was served by these two women who were very friendly taking my order and made sure to check that my order was correct once it was finished. Food was hot and fresh. The cashier worked up and beyond, going between the drive thru window and in-house. Wish they would adequately staff yall…Keep up the great work. F corporate.

Went through the drive thru and the lady in the window was nice! My only problem was my shrimp being very soft and the Mac n cheese had no taste at all, so I go get a refund. The manager I guess with gold teeth, instantly is defensive, asking me why would I order something that I don’t like. When in reality I didn’t like the way this captain D’s tasted, and she went on to say that they can get in trouble for giving me a refund, because their food taste wasn’t up to par to me. She never came back to the window after the refund or I would’ve asked for her name. That manager needs to be retrained asap!

The manager and staff were SUPER FRIENDLY. There was no longer wait. The restroom was VERY clean during our visit. The food was hot and tasty. The sweet ice tea was FRESH! Thank You!
