Very busy lunch here. Food was very good, service was good at the beginning but went downhill. We agreed to sit at little table at the end of the aisle right by the kitchen. Many servers did not respect my companion's space by brushing her shoulder and back as they passed. Not acceptable. Will not be seated there again.
Food is great, service was great and the gentleman that came to the car with my order was excellent. He is always so friendly and very helpful if need to add anything on to your order. Don't know is name but again very nice. Was there 12/31/2025 at around 2:15. Thanks Chappy's.
Chappy's is a staple in Montgomery AL. Every time we visit we stop by for a sandwich. We are vegetarian and they have one of the best Veggie Delight sandwiches I have tasted. The customer service is always friendly and very attentive. Service time is great. We always order ahead. If ever in this area Chappy's is a stop you won't regret.
