I paid an extra $1.50 to get a corner of cold old fries! I am beyond irritated! My sandwich was ok but it use to be better.

0 stars they won’t hire you if you can’t work on Saturdays. Like what’s one day they want you to sell your soul to them. They want you to work open to close. And Sunday them being closed is the only perk. You off on Sunday.

My sandwich was awful. For the price, the amount of meat was pitiful. Barely any mayo. Toppings were sparse. Hoagie roll was weird, looked like the bread had barely been baked. The outside of the bread was as white as the inside. The corned beef is nothing like what I’m used to eating in Philly delicatessens. Even Subway sandwiches are better tasting and a better value (that’s sad). It took a long time for them to make three cold sandwiches. And the two little slices of dill pickle was insulting (no pickle spear?) Staff need training on how to make good sandwiches. And the hunt for a real deli in Alabama continues…

Pleasant atmosphere, service was spot on and the food (Healthy Harvest Salad) was delicious. Our two servers (one was in training) were very cordial, knowledgeable of the menu and professional. The wait time was about 10 or 12 minutes. Everyone was pleased with their order, thoroughly enjoyed.

Super-delicious chicken and rice soup...always good for when you're under the weather...and a French Dip sandwich. Service was awesome and food was just as expected: hot and tasty! Will always commit to coming back!

Good Lord! On a road trip and say this place. Tired of fast food this looked like a good option. I was right! The staff and service is exceptional, friendly and on the ball. Atmosphere is old-school...like a place to come and be treated like a regular. I got the Reudan...I don't even like sauerkraut...but this sandwich was amazing. Wish I could dive this place 6 stars.

I love eating at Chappy’s! It’s great food and the staff is wonderful!
They have amazing food. Great local restaurant. I'm not a big fan of French fries. There are so many laces that do them badly that I've come to expect that. I love the fries from Chappy's. They are always hot and fresh. My lunch companion had the French dip with a large fry and I had the Cobb salad. The Cobb salad was the best I have had in a restaurant in a long time. It was amazing. And I had the raspberry vinaigrette and it was a great dressing. I would highly recommend.

We had a family gathering for dinner after Christmas at the Chappy's on Vaughn Rd. We had 20+ family members of all ages - from 18 months to 95 yrs old! Everyone enjoyed their meal. We were seated promptly, and our drink orders were taken right away. Our entree orders were then taken and the food came out fairly soon after orders were taken. All the entrees were very good. I had the Texas Cheesesteak and it was excellent - Josh would have loved it! Our server was Tabitha and she was superb - 5 STARS! Andrew would have been impressed! Thank you Chappy's, for making our family dinner so special!

Food is ALWAYS EXCELLENT. I fell in love with the Texas Cheesesteak. Cooked to perfection. Bread toasted to perfection. I ate half one day and the other for dinner the next day.
