They have some of the best Chinese food I have ever eaten!
I started visiting East China around 2004 here in Montgomery, Alabama. It was under different ownership back then, but once Katherine took over, it became one of the most well-visited establishments in all of Montgomery. I have literally watched Katherine's children grow up in front of my eyes — at this point I should probably be invited to the family reunion. They're a great family who make great food, and honestly that combination is rarer than it should be.
