“I rarely am so impressed can't stop talking about it. And, I despise the Cathy's. Their politics are abhorrent. Disgraceful. But, wow does this Chick-fil-A do it right. Just, a model of how to do fast food. Crazy efficiency. 4 kids taking orders outside. Long lines that move at break neck speed. Delicious food, hot and fresh. I hate the Cathy's so much I wish their restaurant wasn't so good, but this one is THE model of how to do it.“
“This is not a full Chick-fil-A location, this is a Chick-fil-A Express in the RSA Tower, but with that being said, this crew works hard to keep up with a lot of state employees and tourists that stay in the nearby hotels. It can get very busy during peak breakfast and lunch times, so I recommend ordering via the app unless you are killing time. The staff is always polite and helpful and I visit this restaurant several times a week and, after a year of working in the building, I am still not tired of Chick-fil-A ?“

“They layout is kinda of confusing for out of state travelers and some of the locals are not so friendly with us visitors for not understanding how to proceed. Kinda not a 100% a Chick-fil-A issue, we just came across rude people. Just are used to southern hospitality and we unfortunately didn't get it.“
