Overall my chicken salad melt was pretty good except for my two sides my Mac n cheese was very soupy and my soup lacked flavor.

I’ll have to change my score for this place. I’m not sure what’s happened but things have become very unorganized at this particular establishment. Every time I visit, my order is either wrong or items are missing.

My husband & I went to CSC on Saturday. I ordered the Chick on a croissant. About 10 minutes later the employee comes to our table to ask us again what bread we ordered. We told her. 10 more minutes pass & she brings me a sandwich with toasted wheat bread & says "oh yeah, you wanted a croissant didn't you?" I just ate what she brought bc I didn't want it to be taken in the back and the chicken salad just be scraped off and onto the croissant. Today I decided to try it again....give them one more chance. When I got there, there was no one in line and the cashier had her back turned. Finally after a minute of standing there she acknowledges me. I could barely understand a word she said. She was incredibly rude and needs to annunciate her words. I sit down and wait, after 15 minutes I notice the restaurant is getting busy. After 30 minutes I STILL haven't received my food but people that got there after me have. So I go back to the cashier & have to wait 10 minutes in line...the SAME cashier sees me & you can tell she knows she messed up & forgot my order. Yet she still makes me finish standing in line. By the time I get there I say I just want a refund. She rudely calls over the manager & the manager doesn't say 2 words to me. NOTHING!!! Not an I'm sorry...NOTHING. Doesn't offer to give me the meal free for losing my order. I have never in my life been treated this way at a restaurant. Paying $15 for chicken salad is WILD if the service is awful. I left & went to Chappy's. I ordered & had my delicious chicken salad in FIVE MINUTES!!!! CSC take note!!! I can't believe this location is even still open with this horrible service. I will NEVER be back.

Love CSC when I’m down south! No issues with the food, however the counter help at this location is less than friendly and cheerful. Every other CSC location I’ve been to, they’re always smiling and upbeat.

This place needs more love. The food was good and had just enough seasoning for a "healthy" lunch. $9.29 for the meal and drink is extra. I like it and definitely will continue to support the brand. The place is nice and clean. Service staff was also very nice. No greasy oil food here just fresh and hearty kind of meal

CSC is now in the category of "Can't Get Right" for me. The food is great. Probably the best chicken salad one can buy. Amazing. Fantastic. However, they just can't get right. My past 4-5 orders have all been the Trio or whatever they call it. It is 3 items. They've ALL only come with two items. Ok ok, but the food is great and I still want it. So today I decided I'd just go in and grab some pre-made containers. Well, one of them was mislabeled so instead of Jalapeno Holly I have some unknown chicken salad with nuts (I'm allergic to tree nuts so its going in the trash). I might be back - who knows... but please do better. The food here is too good to have a terrible experience literally every time.

The young lady (African American w/black/lil pink braid) was such a delight today. Her customer service skills are ?. She greeted me with a smile and did suggestive sales. She's definitely a breath of fresh air in today's society.. Keep shining????
