I put in an online order for pickup. 10 minutes later I arrived at the restaurant. I waited an additional 20 minutes inside for my food. There was one employee working the main line, and one employee working the online-order station. Both seemed exhausted and therefore understandably slow. Food was noticeably too salty.

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Chipotle location. Every time I ask a question, the representative seems unfamiliar with the topic. Last week, I inquired about my points and the representative was unsure how the program works. I also asked about a coupon they sent me, and again, the representative was unclear. I visit this location weekly and request a bag with a handle, yet the representative consistently forgets. It's frustrating to encounter...
February 2025
I went right after they opened and every table was filthy. It was clear that the closing crew had not done their job, but also that the morning crew was too lazy to fix it anyways. The overall atmosphere at this Chipotle is "eff it." I stopped going to it now and am happy to drive to Prattville instead when I want Chipotle just so I can sit at a clean table and feel more confident about the quality of the food.
