Nice clean atmosphere great customer service.
Food is always good and fresh, but can be a little pricey. Employees are always very friendly. Cell phone reception is terrible in Eastchase, so it's hard to use my hotspot if I need to do any computer work over lunch. Their wifi is often very slow. The biggest reason I am writing a review is because their music is always too loud. They turned it up today right after lunch, and several people around my table grabbed their ears. I just ate breakfast at the East Chase location and the service was non existent. Ordered from the kiosk and then the pager did not go off and I guess they called my name but I did not hear it. I ask the manager and he was not interested at all just said go over there. I went over there and gave my pager and while I was asking they walked away. My food was there so get it. The shame is the food and atmosphere was great!!!!
