Food was good. Not busy so not much of a wait. Seems to be more fast foodie. The computer check in and ordering was confusing. Liked it better when I could talk to real people to place my order. A little loud and cold. Did I just choose a bad day?

Love love love breakfast egg souffle, pastry & Bagels.
This is by far the worst Panera I have ever been to. I was given the wrong thing than what I ordered and they refused to give me what I ordered. McDonalds customer service at a much higher price.
Extremely slow. Massive line of people waiting on food, crowding the pickup counter. Ordered food 30 minutes ago, still have people ahead who haven't received their items.EditAfter 40+ minutes we finally received our food. The food was cold. We returned the soup and macaroni to be reheated.Panera is usually good, will eat else where next time.

Not as great as it was before it moved. The food quality has dropped and the wait times have gone up. I waited 45 minutes to get a sandwich and soup. The atmosphere is okay with it being a new restaurant but not as cozy as the old location across the street. Update: My family got their food and the portions were way too small for a $13 bowl of chicken teriyaki.

The kids hanging in store loud and rude, walking back and forth. Watching us as we eating there. The military and the law enforcement in me wanted to leave, so I guess I will not come in to eat.
