Inside of the restaurant is a mess. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. Bought food through drive through and went inside for drink and I had to throw away my food after seeing the condition inside plus workers are not wearing gloves.

I was at this location 7/25/25 their marquee says 10 piece leg and thighs $11 i ordered drive thru the person working the speaker says we only have 8 or 12 piece we do not have 10 piece, i drove off turned around and snapped a pic of the marquee and called on the 2nd attempt someone answered i told her what happened she replied we have the 10 piece special daily,i said im about to com back thru the drive thru, told them my order 10 piece leg and thighs they said we dont have 10 piece leg and thighs i said you have it advertised on your sign, i love churches chicken but i dont recommend the one on adams ave to anyone this location has always been problems the staff is very rude it needs to be closed down.

My wife waited 20 mins after the order was assumed “ready”. They had her wait in the lobby while the drive thru seemed to move faster than online order.
Love the taste of their chicken and everything else as a matter of fact and wish that they would come back to Kentucky so I could enjoy the food alot more often. My wife and I decided to stop by this location and get something to eat while we were traveling through the state of Alabama and could've gone anywhere else to eat but, we wanted to take our tastebuds back in time to when we were kids and would go here for Sunday dinner after going to Church service it was always a special occasion that I will remember for the rest of my life.

Ordering from the car is always a challenge at this location. However, the employees are friendly and you can work out the kinks in your order at the window. The parking lot is small, so getting around in it can be tricky. The neighborhood may seem sketchy to some, but I don't have a problem with it. Lots of foot traffic nearby. Quality of food is usually on point at this location. Just keep in mind that if you ask for substitutions at the drive thru, you may have to double check your order before driving off.

I used the app for the discount and their system kept rejecting it. The chicken was overcooked and greasy. The main reason I went to Churches chicken was for the discount being offered. I should have gone to Dairy Queen instead.

New girl at the counter who is slow and not attentive. Dark meat was really good, straight out the grease. My breast was over cooked, but the mash potatoes and biscuits were fresh and good!
