Love the taste of their chicken and everything else as a matter of fact and wish that they would come back to Kentucky so I could enjoy the food alot more often. My wife and I decided to stop by this location and get something to eat while we were traveling through the state of Alabama and could've gone anywhere else to eat but, we wanted to take our tastebuds back in time to when we were kids and would go here for Sunday dinner after going to Church service it was always a special occasion that I will remember for the rest of my life.

Ordering from the car is always a challenge at this location. However, the employees are friendly and you can work out the kinks in your order at the window. The parking lot is small, so getting around in it can be tricky. The neighborhood may seem sketchy to some, but I don't have a problem with it. Lots of foot traffic nearby. Quality of food is usually on point at this location. Just keep in mind that if you ask for substitutions at the drive thru, you may have to double check your order before driving off.

I used the app for the discount and their system kept rejecting it. The chicken was overcooked and greasy. The main reason I went to Churches chicken was for the discount being offered. I should have gone to Dairy Queen instead.
Parking: Parking is limited due to the store's location. The lobby was CLOSED to customers.

New girl at the counter who is slow and not attentive. Dark meat was really good, straight out the grease. My breast was over cooked, but the mash potatoes and biscuits were fresh and good!

I don't know where to start.This place need to be shut down,The customer service is terrible y'all.I waited in the drive thru line with 4cars in Line for 1hour.And besides all that the place smells like a duspter.I pray to God that someone in a higher position get involved with this store.Cause the wait time is terrible.I will never ever come back to this place.Listen y'all take your money somewhere else am telling ya the naked truth.
