Customer service was ridiculous I stood there for 8mins before anyone spoke when i walked through the door there was a gentleman ahead of me who said he was waiting as well I was originally in drive thru when driving up the cashier stated THERES A 15MIN WAIT ON CHICKEN no hello or anything the kitchen area was filthy grease covered floors and build up gunk on the trays where they were cooking the biscuits the lobby was not clean no napkins available fortunately i was not ordering for myself

I have no idea how this location is still operational. Me and my husband went here and got a family meal and the literally only had macaroni and cheese and okra for the sides. The chicken was good but the biscuits looked like a toddler made them. I threw them in the garbage! I kept one to show what they all looked like! For the price we paid the manager should be ashamed for serving this trash! My husband is a Chef and he was DISGUSTED by what was given to us. We went the Sunday after Thanksgiving in the afternoon.

The girl at the window has a nasty attitude and walk away from the window after I gave her my card and went to the back I asked her nicely for my card back and she processed to have an attitude. I feel like if u don't like your job u shouldn't work there that was very unprofessional and she need to be gone. I will call coordinate about this behavior.
