Probably one of the dirtiest fast food restaurants I've ever been in. Took forever for them to get our order together considering all the food was cooked and ready and there were only us and 1 person in the drive through. Seen 3 people working there, but only one was actually doing something. The person that took our order acted like we inconvenienced them by coming in. Had to ask for straws twice before we actually got any. My wife had to ask for ranch twice. Not Church's best...read full review
Have never waited so long to get food, me and other drivers had to back out the one way drive in. It was at least a 30 to 35 minute wait that no one told us about. It would've been different if we knew it was going to be a wait on food. Unprofessional

Customer service was ridiculous I stood there for 8mins before anyone spoke when i walked through the door there was a gentleman ahead of me who said he was waiting as well I was originally in drive thru when driving up the cashier stated THERES A 15MIN WAIT ON CHICKEN no hello or anything the kitchen area was filthy grease covered floors and build up gunk on the trays where they were cooking the biscuits the lobby was not clean no napkins available fortunately i was not ordering...read full review
