Pizza was terrible. There was hardly any cheese on the pizza. Crust is really cheap and not good. Truly awful pizza. Worse than frozen pizza. Won’t ever go back to Dominoes.

Never again. I've tried and tried. Gave the benefit of the doubt. This place is the worst. Ordered and it said ETA 18-29 minutes. After the tracker said it was out of the oven for 20 minutes it finally went out for delivery, with other orders. The updated tracker now said it would end up being 60 minutes since I placed my order, well exceeding the estimated ETA. This has happened time and time again, I'll never order from this store again. The management should be ashamed of their Google ratings and should immediately take action to improve their customer service

*DO NOT Reccomend* I originally placed an order through the app for delivery on Oct 23, 24. Almost 2 hours went by and I hadn’t received my order. I called the store and the phone just rung and rung. I ended up driving to the store on Chantilly to pick up my order. There were 2 people in the building and 1 person working and they were swamped. I asked about my order and it had been sitting for over a hour and was cold. I ordered a Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza and added sausage. It was poorly made. It didn’t have any sauce and a pinch of cheese. It had huge Italian sausage. I also ordered a Philly cheesesteak thin crust pizza with no mushrooms and light onions. It was covered in mushrooms and I’m allergic and covered in onions. I told the young man I didn’t want it and the pizza was made wrong. He argued me down that the pizza was made correctly. I told him I order this all the time and it’s not. He said I can remake but it’ll be about a hour because he had several orders and the only one working. I asked for a refund and he said he couldn’t give me one because the manger was at the hospital. I asked when would she be back he said maybe by 830pm. I left the pizza and called the store back at 8:30pm and she still wasn’t there and he didnt know when she would be back. I left my info for her to call and she never did. I contacted corporate and still haven’t been contacted for my refund. I was charged for a delivery that was never delivered and pizza that I left at the store. I will never order from Dominos after this. I want my refund.

If I could give this a negative 100000 stars I would. I Placed a delivery order. Waited over a hour and it never came. Tried to call for over 20 minutes and they wouldn’t even answer the phone. Highly do not recommend. Needs to be shut down. This place has no business being on chantilly. Never again.

0/10 I do not recommend this location to anyone. First of all, I ordered at 4:46 PM! I didn’t receive my order until 7:47 PM. When I called to inquiry about my order someone hung up in my face the first time. When I was able to get someone she stated I couldn’t receive a refund due to the weather and they are short staff with two drivers and I’m more than welcome to come pick the order up. Keep in mind the order was showing prep 4:46 PM than still at 6:00 PM. Please save yourself a headache by going to another dominos because the chantilly location SUCK! Also the icing was missing for the cinnamon knots!

I travel for work and have probably been to multiple Domino's locations in 25 different states. I have left reviews at many of them raving about how polite, consistent, and just awesome they are. This location went past disappointing and straight to angering. After a 8 minute hold they answered and I asked a 10 second question and then they hung up. Thinking maybe they could not hear me I called back and put my life on hold for an additional10 minutes. When she finally answered she sounded upset and as I began talking she hung up mid sentence. The 3rd time was the same thing except she didn't give me even a full second before she hung up! The next location the lady apologized for the hold, explained she was all alone and that she would appreciate if I could order online. Absolutely no problem with that I completely understood. The 3rd location politely took my order in 2 minutes. This one location is just a bad apple and I hope someone reads this and realizes that this location is working hard to ruin the good name of Domino's with customers who have purchased from them for almost 30 years.

Horrible!! Ordered online for curbside delivery, checked in waited 15 min only to be told they no longer do it. I called to explain that I couldn’t come in to the manager , she didn’t even offer to bring it out and was unable to give me a refund. Just not a good experience at all

Estimated time from order to delivery was 45 min - 1 hour. I got the pizza about 2.5 hours later, and it had been out of the oven for about 1 hr 20 mins by that time. After all that, the pizza wasn't made according to order, so we dined on our disappointment.

What's not to understand about extra mushrooms? After I stated three toppings mushrooms, mushrooms and more mushrooms and was told they can't do that. I'd only imagine maybe 6 pieces of pepperoni on a single topping pie. What happened to the customer is always right? And... Almost $20 for a disappointing medium pizza. Outraged at myself for leaving a tip !!!

Rude customer service and awful delivery time

Not a very friend app or staff 23.00 dollars of cold pizza, customer svc on the phone not helpful at all! The deliver driver very nice
