Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

The presentation of the food was nice and the overall taste was decent. We had the bacon deviled eggs, which are my favorite appetizer at Firebirds. The candied bacon wasn't crispy and had a charred grilled taste, that I did not like. I ordered the Salmon Egg Benedict. It was pretty good! Very creamy, flavorful and the poached eggs were cooked well. My guest had the hot honey chicken biscuit. The chicken was fried too hard with more breading than meat. The sauce on the chicken had a tangy taste we didn't like. Both meals came with house potatoes that were undercooked. We ordered the mimosa carafe. It comes premixed with much more orange juice than champagne. Our server was Camille. Beautiful smile, subpar service. I give the weekend brunch experience a fair rating only because I love Firebirds and my dinner/bar experience has always been great. I'm sure brunch will get better!

Waited over an hour for our dinners. Ordered 8 only 7 arrived. Waitress never stopped by to refresh our drinks in the meantime. Bad experience

Our server was preoccupied even though they weren't that busy. He did his best as it seemed others were being worrisome. They didn't acknowledge our 34th anniversary even though my reservation said it...we made the best of it anyway...not sure next year we'll choose this spot to celebrate

Made a reservation for 2 on a busy Saturday night. We were seated immediately. Our waitress was very attentive & efficient. Wish I could remember her name as I highly recommend her. Best I can come up with is gryndal. The food came out quickly & was so very good. Diamond martinis, deviled eggs, filet mignon & brownie with ice cream & caramel sauce. It was all perfection.

Out of five entrees, two of them were probably 3 stars. Two of the steaks were cooked incorrectly but were still tasty. One entree was a burger that was dry, the other was a salmon salad that was very late to the table, overcooked, and was not worth the $23 price tag. The Lobster Spinach Dip was delicious, and the cocktails were well made. The sides were as described and tasty. Overall, the experience was pleasant, there were just a few misses.

The ambiance and Service was excellent We had to wait a while for our food due to new chef , the salmon portions were very small for the price The manager was kind and understanding

My son and I have been traveling for the past ten days or so. Firebirds was quite good. The steak was cooked to perfection with garlic butter and the Caesar salad was quite tasty. His meal was chicken and pasta which he enjoyed. I would suggest the three course meal as an option (which I should have done but didn't want dessert).

Service was above and beyond. Food was fresh and full of flavor. Atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. Overall wonderful experience.

We went to Firebird's for our anniversary. It was my boyfriend's first time going. The food ,drinks,and service was great. I would highly recommend to others.

This was amazing choice the service was beyond perfect the food was absolutely amazing the drinks were mixed perfectly.. highly recommend Firebirds for you next date night or lunch meeting..

We came from out of town to stop in for a bite. Macie our server was amazing! She was very pleasant and eager to serve! We never waited long for anything! I loved that she made suggestions and when we took them we were very satisfied! Excellent service!

Last night I had the honor of being served by kelly and marquis, they were both outstanding and made sure me and my guest were well taken care of. Food was amazing and great portion sizes!

Service was excellent! Food was not. Medium filet was extremely tough. My surf and turf was tough and chewy. Great date, but was because of the extraordinary server, not the food. Wouldn't recommend unfortunately. Hopefully they just had an off night.
