The employees were arguing in front of all of the customers. I waited in the line for about 45 minutes and no one ever took my order. In the midst of the 45 minutes, various people started leaving the line due to the arguing amongst employees and no one taking orders at all. When trying to see why no one is taking orders, me and other customers were ignored or responded to with attitude/harsh manner.

Use to be a great place... The soda machine is always out of syrup (Nearly every flavor except diet). The Ice-tea seems to always taste weird/bad and on my last visit the air conditioning was out. I'd say management has dropped the ball.

Customer service was on point everyone was friendly and nice. Such a vibe. My Philly was amazing , super fresh and tasty. and I got garlic bread for just .75 cents which was awesome. I would definitely come to this location again.

Got the meatball sub with pepperoni on it...it was on garlic bread...all previous subs were a lie, and any sub served to me not on garlic bread will never be the same again. This sandwich was amazing. It was expensive! But delicious! Could only eat half of it at a time so I did get 2 meals out of the large sandwich. Staff was friendly and there are never a lot of people in the store. If you get the chance and have extra money you wanna spend I would recommend.
