I just had arguably the best customer service experience at a fast food restaurant. Sure there was the “Welcome to Moe’s”, but it was the guy making my burrito that totally turned my entire day around. He was funny and witty, and really just had great energy. Very pleased with that team!

The restaurant is not spotless but not too dirty either. The manager is noted for their exceptional kindness and willingness to correct mistakes. The menu could benefit from more vegetarian options, but overall, Moe's provides a satisfying experience. The restaurant offers a nice little patio for customers to eat outside and has updated its interior, changing from red to blue, an iconic color. The food, including a veggie homewrecker burrito, was delicious and exactly what customers wanted. The restaurant borders two colleges, and the area has not developed much since the 80s, but the experience was great.
