Not sure if it is a regular occurrence but when I visited the kitchen was extremely backed up on orders and on a rush. I waited an hour to receive my food. The manager left the staff out there to die and the cashier was doing the best she could by offering me and my daughter drinks. I was asked several times to verify my order and it did not make the process any faster.
The only place in Montgomery that can actually prepare a proper Carne Asada Burrito. I have experienced great customer service and a clean atmosphere.

Maybe someone can update this, but I stopped going when they got rid of mushrooms as well as the spicy sauce they had I forget what it was. How in the hell do you run a Mexican themed restaurant and not have either of those? I can understand the mushrooms but not the hot sauce.

Oh Moes, most people already know about Moe's but here it goes. This location isn't bad. They didn't yell welcome to Moe's on this occasion... To anyone, so that's a win for me. For anyone who is new to Moe's it's basically build a burrito/taco/quesadilla out of what we have in heated containers behind the bar. Food was good in spite of them being out of pico at the time and the odd chewy chip. I got the stacker with adobo chicken and bacon. Not spotless but not too dirty. Associates could probably act less like they regret their life decisions, but overall it wasn't a bad trip to Moe's

This location is clean, spacious, and nice. They have the best burritos and bowels.
Staff is well trained, I always feel satisfied for the amount of ingredients they add. I am very picky and I ask precise quantity for everything. Few things very nominal and few things way more than usual customer but they do their job without a single sign of annoyance. I’m sorry but usually most of the Sub way maker and chipotle maker gets annoyed because of my precise request on each ingredients but here in similar food place they do their job with smile and I really really appreciate them.I wish I was blessed with so much of money that I would tip them with dollars instead of just words.

Always a good time going into this place. I Love Moe’s Southwest Grill!Update 2021: it’s still good and the location as always awesome so yeah I always come here.9/22/21-Cashier had an whole attitude if you don’t want to be there,then don’t;don’t be rude. I am not going called out specific person,but you know whom you are.I used to work at a fast food, don’t be rude cause that rudeness will not take you far.Update of November 2023: don’t even really eat at this location anymore, the staff I used to known all gone and now it’s a bunch of teenagers working there like they don’t want to be there, taken my business elsewhere.

Workers had me order queso knowing there was none available. Just had me standing there looking stupid. Nobody opened their mouth to inform the customer there is no queso. If there is no queso on the board . How you don't know there isn't none? Teresa the manager didn't inform me there wasn't any queso available. She just went about her merry Lil way. Mgr and worker should always let customer know item isn't available. Instead of no communication. She didn't care that I was inconvenienced just saying nobody knew the queso was cooking. Okay how you a me not knowing what is going on in your store. She has no control over her unprofessional workers. They didn't tell the other customers. That they will be waiting on their food cause their items weren't available either. Everyone on the clock was in zombie mode. Only worried about thir cell phones. Now I have to drive all the way to Prattville for good customer service.
