The Eastchase location lost my business. I have been going just about every Sunday for the past year. Today was it we got half our order and they kept coming back saying they were behind. Saw many tables getting up and leaving without getting their food or getting part of their food order. Took 15 minutes of standing at the counter to pay and finally to get the attention of the manager who only cared about seating people instead of providing service to customers.
