I ordered a kids meal bbq sand-which today and got two HUGE bones that’s were an inch long in it! Thank goodness my children don’t eat BBQ. Please do better. As a parent I am very disappointed. This is the biggest choking hazard.
The location in Dothan can never get an order right. I enjoy the BBQ but my last visit I purchased the family pork meal and got home and no cookies or buns. I called and manager she apologized half hearted and said next visit they would replace buns like that’s going to do me any good.
Jeff Lewis at Full moon in Trussville was awesome. I called to get information about placing a order for next day pick up he gave me all the information I needed, I had to call back to place the order and he answered very kindly and on the second ring . I'm very impressed with his Knowledge and suggestion of what to order. He was so professional. I will not be pick up my food until tomorrow but if the food is as good as his service I will definitely be back.
