Worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at!!! Wanted to charge $9.00 for the same food they serve for free at the super 8 because their chef didn’t come in. Trim around bottom of wall fell off when my door shut!! Worst experience ever at a Hilton!!! Highly disappointed and definitely wouldn’t recommend them!!

I'm currently at the hotel and am disgusted by it. It is definitely not worth even half the amount of money that I'm paying for two rooms here. It is dirty and it's not in a dusty kind of way, but is more of a gross kind of way. Bathtub is moldy, rust is every where, the microwave is busted, the door is covered in some kind of fluid, and stains abound. Additionally, there are light bulbs missing in both the bathroom and the room. Despite my repeated calls to the front desk (and their empty promises), nobody ever bothered to bring up some bulbs. I don't understand how so many good reviews exist for this hotel. Did we happen to on the "crappy rooms lottery?" For anyone looking for a room tip, here's one: drive to Birmingham. I highly doubt you could do worse there.

This is the second stay at this HGI. I am a Diamond member and use Hilton as my number one brand. This hotel does not represent the brand well at all. First in July 2023 the shower did not drain. Ended shower in calf deep water. Reported and got a shoulder shrug. Tried another stay in September. After this stay I will not be back. 1. Puddle in front of refrigerator. 2. 1/6 roll of toilet paper, no extra rolls. 3. Shower dispenser torn off of the wall. 4. Light bill out in bathroom. 5. Extensive rust in bathroom. 6. Two coffee cups and no coffee. See pictures below.

This was a great stay. The hotel is clean and located in an area where there is a lot to choose from. It is also just minutes away from the downtown and historic area. The staff was kind and the stay met our short stay needs. Thank you greatly for your service.

Our construction crew stayed here for a Saturday night. Very friendly check in hostess. Nice, clean rooms. The big negative during this stay was no hot breakfast served until 8 am. Definitely a poor way to start the day. Waffle House, here come...

We stayed at this property recently and we were totally dissatisfied. We had been driving for nine hours prior to our arrival. We had booked this hotel because we have had good luck with previous Hilton Garden Inns around the country and it was a full service hotel. Upon check in we were informed that the bar and restaurant were closed on Sunday and that all HGIs are closed on Sundays which was an absolute lie. We retired early as we had to drive all day the next day. We were awakened in the middle of our sleep by the front desk calling for some crazy reason and said there were noise complaints. We were totally asleep and or tv was off. I spoke with the manager in the morning and she was obstinate and totally unapologetic. In addition the hotel is tired and run down. Furniture in our room was a wreck. Paid a premium for a full service room and got anything but. Won’t be going back. We called Hilton Honors customer service after and they were willing to make a concession to us for our problems but never heard anything from the hotel itself.

Newer HGI model, which I always think will be “nice”. But, avoid at all costs. Absolutely filthy dirty, staff that acts as if you’re bothering them when you ask for your welcome amenities. Scared to park, scared to go in the elevator, loud and horribly uncomfortable rooms. As a Gold / Diamond HH member for about 20 years, I’ve stayed in some old Hilton properties and some new and lovely ones…but this dump takes the cake for the worst ever! Sorry, Hilton…you should be embarrassed.

Friendly front desk. Dog friendly. Clean room. Clean bath. Property clean and well kept. Loved the digital check-in and ability to select room and use digital key. Location was excellent in a nice area with plenty of restaurants. Grounds kept nice.

In contrast to other reviews, our experience at this hotel was terrible. First, the price! A business partner made the reservation, and I was dumbfounded to pay almost $300 (before taxes) for a simple hotel room with one occasional chair, no significant amenities, no shower soap, and internet that would not work on my iPhone. Additionally, the cost of breakfast was ridiculous: Two eggs for $16! This is Montgomery, AL, not London! I stay in hotels nearly every week, and this was on the level of a $125 / night in other brands. Beyond that, the service was beyond awful. With one exception, the people I engaged with were indifferent, unhelpful, and unfriendly. This reached a climax when my wife overlooked a very important and essentially irreplaceable part to a medical device when we packed and left. We discovered it after we left the state. I called and described the situation, described the importance of the equipment, gave my personal information, and waited for a call back. I ended up having to call back four times before I talked with someone who located the device. During that process I was on hold three times for 10 minutes or more. By the time it was located, I had to call back again to talk with the manager to arrange for overnighting it. She was then over-the-top unhelpful for getting the device sent to me. I offered to give them my credit card for them to send it on, but she insisted that I had to buy and send the shipping label, arrange for the pickup of the box, etc. That proven to be impossible without a business account for the shipping company (which I don't have). When I explained that to her, she basically shrugged and said, "Well, there's nothing more I can do." Her indifference was amazing. At $300 a night, I would expected courtesy and helpfulness. I rarely stay at Hilton hotels, preferring the service and amenities of the competition. This experience solidified my sense that Hilton's management system -- at least this hotel -- is subpar.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. Room/hotel very nice; the toilet in our bathroom was overfilling and the tub drain was slow or clogged causing the tub to fill when we took a shower. Other than that our stay was very nice.

Walls were like tissue paper. Heard people coming and going all night long. Room was sub standard for the price we paid. Coffee urns in the lobby were empty in the morning. Our very favorite Hilton is right next door, but it was sold out. Definitely recommend staying there instead!

The stay at this hotel was good. Everything worked in the room with no issues. We did not try any of the amenities. The staff seemed friendly. I was disappointed that they did not provide soap or lotion in the room. When checking in I was asked to sign a paper that seemed odd about the week of Valentine’s and not having parties or other events. Overall a decent stay seemed a little less than the normal Hilton brand though. Good location to shopping and eating.

Clean and comfortable, nice area of town, friendly staff. Convenient to malls and restaurants. A little loud at night because it's convenient to malls and restaurants. Felt very safe here. There's an Aldi nearby.

Onsite restaurant is NOT open on Sunday evenings. Their website states it's open 5-10 pm.
