We lived in Hawaii, so my kids really enjoy eating here and reminiscing. The food is pretty good. The ambience inside is cute. They have a vegan ramen that I appreciate.

Haven't had Hawaiian BBQ since I left California 8 years ago, It's nice to have one in these parts , The food never disappoints get 2 scoops of the Mac. No one else makes it the same . Delicious as always .

Very helpful person came to our table and went thru all the choices available for poke bowls. She explained all the items and later came to be sure we were satisfied with our selection.We both ate every bite.I was not too adventurous and opted for BBQ beef, fruit and veggies with Hawaiian sauce.My friend had eel, pickled radish, pickled ginger and tried 4 spicy sauces. They will give you little Togo cups us you ask for on the side.Next table had ramen bowls which also looked amazing.We will return and try again.

Food: we ordered the Hawaiian Short Ribs. The plate comes with rice (white or fried), macaroni salad, vegetables, and a drink. sounded pretty good. RIBS: about 20% bone. The remaining 80% was gristly, tough meet and fat. Terrible. I tried eating a few bites and gave up. Basically mostly inedible. FRIED RICE: rice fried in )very little) teriyaki sauce. No other vegetables. Bland. MACARONI SALAD: also bland, almost tasteless. VEGETABLES: three small pieces of broccoli, and some greatly overcooked vegetable that might have been cabbage. SPRING ROLLS: hot, crispy and tasteless. ICED TEA (unsweet): surprisingly good. Service: friendly and courteous Facility: cartoonish with a wall-sized projection of "island" scenes rendered in VERY low resolution. Price: considering the food quality, vastly overpriced. Likelihood of return or recomemdation: zero.

We live nearby and decided to try this place and it did not disappoint! We got more than we needed so we could try a few different things. We loved the Rangoons, chicken and Cheesesteak egg rolls. I liked the panko crusted chicken and macaroni salad, not as big of a fan of the bbq chicken. He got the Hawaiian BBQ and liked the beef and Khalbi short rib and fried rice. Staff is super friendly and helpful!

This place is absolutely amazing.I’m not from Alabama and am staying at a nearby hotel. Words cannot express how welcomed I felt at this establishment. The staff is incredibly friendly and I don’t mean “friendly because they have to be” but friendly because they want to be.The food was absolutely incredible! I got the Hawaiian Beef Fried Rice and the flavor was AMAZING. From first bite I was incredibly satisfied. I also tried the dumplings which were delicious as well.The atmosphere is so calm. And the layout is welcoming. I also, loved the music.Overall, this experience was truly more than I could have ever expected.Thank you so much to the staff here for welcoming me and proving such an amazing meal! Compliments to the chefs and those who made my experience so wonderful.

The loco moco was just like I remembered from when I had it decades ago. The spam musubi, too. Yum!!The cheesecake roll dessert is pretty cool!They give military discounts.
Delicious, super fresh food with great portion size for the cost. The service was quick and super friendly. We were brought a little dessert roll with cheesecake and fruit that was absolutely delicious. We will be returning!

Was hopeful when we found this place. Being from Hawaii it’s nice to find these places. Upon entering, the place smelled more like a Chinese restaurant. But the decor was nice and staff very friendly. Ordered the BBQ and Teriyaki Chicken. Sadly the food was not good. Not that I was expecting it to be exactly like the food in Hawaii (they rarely are), but both dishes were very bland the looks of the meat not very appetizing. We couldn’t finish the plate lunches. We tried, we really tried to like it. Can’t speak for any other dishes, but a first impression for these two dishes are a lasting one.
