Hungry Howie's Pizza

Don't waste your time or money. Just order Papa Johns instead. The management here is horrible. Thankfully corporate was better.

Came in at 8:35pm and was told I couldn't get pizza because they weren't taking anymore orders. Closing time is not until 9.

Worst wings in the history of wings. Disgusting.

The service at this restaurant is horrible! I placed an online order for 8:45 pm according to hungry Howie’s website this store closes at 10 PM central standard time. I arrive to the store at 9:00 PM walk to the door and the doors were locked. I knocked on the door. The workers looked at me, proceeded to turn the lights off and walk out the door. I walked around the back to ask them where was my food? they proceeded to tell me that my order that was placed and paid for was no longer available. He told me that my food was placed in the trash because that is their policy once they are closed. No one called me to verify where I was at. I was at my son’s basketball game. They ran over A little more than I expected, but due to the website telling me that the store did not close till 10 PM. I figured 15 minutes wasn’t a big deal. I still haven’t been refunded and the manager didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I’m not the one to complain but after this I will NEVER return.

I ordered a Ceasars salad. The menu said made with Roman lettuce, not! I received a salad with iceberg. Not good at all.

Absolute awful policy. I didn't know they closed at 9pm. I placed an online order and it accepted it. I get a phone call 5 minutes later stating they would have to cancel my order because they have to be out of the building by 9 or they get in trouble.
That is ridiculous. I was about 2 minutes away from the building when they called. So, not only did I place an order the online accepted, I paid, I was on the way, they cancel, and now I won't have access to my money for 2 to 3 days
I order from this place all the time. That is changing now.
If you can't fulfill an order, don't allow people to place the order, and don't take their money. If you're punishing employees for fulfilling an order you allowed to be placed, that's even more ridiculous.
Great pizza, awful policies.
Update: this isn't about safety. That is a lame excuse. I would have been there before you were closed. Safety was never mentioned. The employee was scared of getting too many hours. If it was about safety, they wouldn't have still been in the building 15 minutes later. I didn't know, you having all my information, me following all of your instructions, me arriving before you closed, makes it a safety issue.
This was a you failed at customer service and haven't even attempted to make it right.
The proper response would be, make the order, and turn your app off in a timely manner.

My first time trying Hungry Howie's pizza today. I must say it was pretty delicious. Everything was fresh and steamy hot. I'm definitely going back again.

Rude young lady at the register

I ordered the "The Works" pizza deep dish style and it was good. But the service was awesome. It's a pick up only restaurant so once you pull in, you select "I'm here", from your phone and they come right. The employee was so amazing. He greeted me, brought a hot box, and said
"Thank you visiting our restaurant." Loved it!

1st of all, no delivery to the room, and it tasted good but it didn't really look at all like the adds showing. There wasn't any of the lettuce or tomatoes that showed in the ad at the motel

I've never had the hungry Howie's Pizza but it's absolutely delicious the people that work there are very nice and friendly and have been doing this for years some of the best pizza I've ever had and they're also looking for delivery drivers

I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, ham, and bacon. When the pizza was ready, the person at the counter didn’t even open the box for me to see it so I opened it and when I tell you this pizza is DEFINITELY not worth the price! There was one sausage on each pizza and very very small portions of the other meats. I receive a better meat lovers pizza from the gas station! The person at the counter originally thought there was no bacon on the pizza too, then he said “oh there just reall small pieces”. I asked him why there was more cheese then meat showing, he told me so the pizza could cook evenly! I left! I would not recommend! $21 for a pizza that was definitely not worth it!! Cant be cheap with the items and overpriced!
