Terrible experience due to poor management.
I had a very disappointing visit, mainly because of the manager, Betty. Her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. After the staff admitted to making multiple mistakes with my order—not once, but three times—they assured me that I would be refunded for the inconvenience. Betty was horrible and bitter!!!! She’s an older black women that CLAIMS TO BE THE MANAGER! This is the worst place and they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!! Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!!!!
