Island Delights Caribbean Restaurant is AMAZING! It was my time having red snapper and the Escoveitch Fish was amazing. Everything was fresh, delicious, and served hot.

I’ve been to Island Delight twice, both times during lunch to dine in. It seems that dining in is quicker than waiting in the pickup line, which can get pretty backed up.

Visited on a trip to Montgomery. The food was phenomenal, tried beef ox tails for the first time and it won’t be the last. Placed an order over the phone ahead of time, was told 20 minutes. I got there 25 minutes later and had to wait 10-15 more minutes which kinda sucked as I ordered ahead to avoid this. Other than the wait I don’t have any other complaints.
