Island Delights Caribbean Restaurant is AMAZING! It was my time having red snapper and the Escoveitch Fish was amazing. Everything was fresh, delicious, and served hot. I’ve been to Island Delight twice, both times during lunch to dine in. It seems that dining in is quicker than waiting in the pickup line, which can get pretty backed up.

The “Just Peachy” smoothie is absolutely delicious. I’ve also tried their canned juices—and they’re so good I had to grab extras to take home!!
