Went to celebrate birthday...while promoted as romantic when the music began we could not hear each other...food was excellent, server was inattentive, slow, forgetful. Not sure that we would return...when we arrived the staff was being briefed...there was NO shortage of wait staff! Directions for getting to the restaurant were somewhat lacking!

My experience overall was fair. The food was good and the service was amazing. However, the floor was extremely sticky. It was hard to walk in heels without them sticking to the floor.

My husband and I needed a last minute date night spot! We chose Itta Bena.. and so glad we did. From service to food to ambience everything was a 10/10! Our waitress Simone was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.
