As we left Walmart, my mom suggested we cross over and stop at Krystal’s. I was hesitant, but was willing to give them a try. We ordered and received our food through the drive through. Our food was fresh and hot. I have to say it was the best Krystal’s I have had in a while. It was job greasy even the fries. The lady working the window reminded me I had asked for mustard and ketchup before I pulled off. I like to report good things to corporate, in a world when nothing but bad surfaces I like to recognize the good. I would reported all of this to Krystal’s headquarters but I didn’t receive a receipt.

We stopped here to grab a quick bite while passing through. The burgers were good an similar steamed slider similar to White Castle.
Since we no longer have Krystal where we live we typically stop at one when traveling. The burgers are good and different than traditional burgers from fast food restaurants like McDonald's.

This was an absolutely horrible experience - both service and food! I was told I could only order like three things because she didn’t have a button for the items on their menu. I was not allowed to use a coupon because once again she didn’t have a button. The food we did order was cold and soggy. Spent $31 and tossed it in the trash. The workers were extremely rude - one almost hit me in the parking lot pulling in. Save your money and time - go elsewhere!

Grumpy lady at drive through speaker (everyone has bad days, they shouldn’t work front of house). This is consistent beware all other visits are the same with other people. $43 order for cheeseburger pack- can’t get simpler. Waited 25 min and still grumpy lady gave me my food.
Conclusion: owners don’t care and hire the wrong folks.
Other times, I have even seen leaves and trash on the floor blowing around and no one cleaned that.
Hope I do not get food poisoning

My first time coming they had me pull around the building and I waited 5+ minutes for my order. My second time coming the same thing happened and this time I waited over 15 minutes for my order. To prevent this because it’s absolutely ridiculous, I placed an online order. The app said my order would be ready in 4 minutes. I purposely waited 10 minutes and my food still wasn’t ready. My order was placed at 8:27 and I didn’t receive it until 8:40. I could understand if it was super busy with long lines, but it’s not. The food is good, but I’m not about to keep waiting forever for a sandwich.
They asked me to repeat my order many times and still got it wrong

I use drive thru now for better service, terrible service. Cars waiting for drive to give us our food. 15 to 20 minutes wait. Cars moved from the windows so the timer doesn't show a wait, like me and the other two cars.

Going through drive thru means it's a drive thru. When they are not even busy, they take your money and then tell you to pull up. No one in line behind or ahead. They do this to give the timer the appearance they are moving more quickly when in reality, You end up waiting on food for 20 minutes or longer. Then if anyone.else who pulls up they have pull up past and sit in front of the store .. while you are still waiting on your order.. smh.
