I ordered the pizza Sunday night. The delivery time was excellent. However, the pizza was not fully cooked, and the crust tasted like cardboard. I ate two small slices and threw the rest away.

I don't usually pay attention but this time I did. Dude that was making making the pizza wasn't wearing any gloves and was going back and forth touching different objects and surfaces then going back to forming the pizza. He also had a good set of hair on him and had no hair net. When my mother confronted the cashier about it he gave a weak excuse "his touch will burn off in the oven".

Placed a large order of 12 pizzas for an event several days ahead of time. The staff was helpful, polite and easy to deal with. The pizzas were prepared on time on the day of pick up and everyone enjoyed them…no leftovers. Also, I was given a discount for the order which is much appreciated. Thanks Marcos!

Was a great place to order delivery. Ordered plenty of times, no problems at all. But now, all of a sudden I'm out of delivery zone. Plus the website, how I usually ordered, no longer has my info stored. And to top it off, the manager, don't remember her name was a rude and unhelpful person. I hate to say it, but I may never order Marco's again. Absolutely turned into the worst.

Marco's is my favorite for chain store pizza for taste and value. I ordered carry out by phone, and they were having issues with the app not working and learning a new register/system. Both the lady who took my order and the man who rang me up were very pleasant and friendly. What impressed me, though, was the manager who set the tone for the store making sure all operations were running smoothly AND checking on the mental health of each employee calling them out by name. It's obvious he cared about his staff and the customers.

Each pizza was loaded so much that it was falling off the pizza from its weight. I went to the one on Taylor Rd. I put in an order for a pizza and boneless wings and I kept track of it and it stayed on "prepare". So I went to see what was going on. The workers there DID NOT have it together. The guy tells me the pizza was ready but I have to wait 10-15 min for the wings....what? But I ordered it an hr ago, should've been ready. And then I saw that same guy in the back putting his BARE HANDS on my wings. Good thing I didn't pay before hand. I left. That's just nasty.

Ordered online through the app and went to pick the pizza up and the crust was totally burnt, I pointed this out and the worker replied “it’s the cheese, there is nothing we can do about that” I said yes there is, you could’ve offered to make me another one. This is the second time I have been “burnt” by this particular store and will not be returning.
