McDonald's in Montgomery

“I love this McDonald's! (Day Street, Montgomery) They were and usually are always friendly. I have a bit of an odd order, and they get it right every time. The burger is juicy, the bun is fresh and the fries are hot. 10/10, recommend this location!“

“It's a fast food place, so ambiance is not something you expect. What sets this one apart is a kind, patient, and friendly girl who takes orders inside. She was very kind to an old lady who had lost her way and was confused about what she wanted to order.“

“Always cordial service at this McDonald's; yet can't say same for other area locations. This my favorite despite distance.Rarely dine in at any restaurant that doesn't have armed security because U.S. Homeland Security is a theatrical joke.“

“I've been to this location a couple of times. The most recent time, yesterday, was less appealing than the first. The person that handed me my food barely looked at me. I said, "Thank you" and I believe I said "Have a good day" as well, no response. At least look at the person while you're giving them their food. I know they're rushing and have quotas to meet, smiles and a thank you are free. As for the food, my McChicken was good, the fries could've used a little salt, and my large tea was not cold (very little ice).“

Surprised the machine was working, that's the 1st question I ask before ordering ice cream, shakes etc, because most times it's not ?

“This morning's lead on breakfast showed little compassion for several customers, whose orders were not right and put forward an "i don't care if you're unhappy" attitude. 2 stars for him. Clean lobby, and front counter cashier was very friendly and had a great demeanor.“

“Very rarely do I give five stars across the board but definitely a team act. Very courteous and polite. Much needed in Montgomery. Food was on point, cleanliness on point. Staff, timing all on point! Thanks for a nice breakfast this morning. Very impressed!

“It's McDonald's but it was good and warm. Order was correct and prepared fast. They did yell out my name instead of bringing it to the table I bothered to type in but that's minor. Could be cleaner but I think it's fine for a fast food spot.“

“Mac y'all need to pickup the pace during busiest hours. Seems more like chaos than ones waiting to eat before having to go back to work. Remember 30 minutes isn't long for workers to show them some respect and fill those orders quicker. Remember they choose MCD, they could stay at work which means no customers y'all have no job. So let's learn to turn too during lunch hours. I give 9 minutes after ordering, no food then no repeat visit, time is my money Don't 9 minutes to fix simple lunch to go order.“

“Not a great McDonald’s. I never have high expectations for fast food. But this one is full of unprofessional employees. Sat in the drive thru line for almost 20 mins until someone came on the mic. When I asked what the issue was, they said “idk I don’t work the mic” food was cold and overcooked.“

“I have been coming at this location for over 30yrs. Like any business in their salary rage you are not going to get a person with a Master Degree and are not making $20 an hr. I have been tolerating less than good service from time to time. Want to shout out to Jesus (love his name) works the back and Alona in the front in the mornings. Jonna when she works keep this place like an hospita! Don't be hard on them. They have a lot of turned over.

Parking: I have handicap tag, over 90% I get front door.
